La situació cèntrica al costat de la Concha i las habitacions que sense ser grans tenien de tot, els banys nous molt nets i els llits molt ben fets. El pesonal mol atent i agradable amb un esmorzar amb croissants i suc de taronja natural que no el tenen a molts hotels de mes categoria. No haviem estat mai a un hostal però no tenia res a envejar a segons quins hotels. |

l'hostal està molt ben acondicionat, la veritat es que jo diria que no té categoria d'hosta sinó d'hotel. La seva situació es perfecta, està just al centre de la ciutat, 5min caminant de la concha, ajuntament, centre comercial, catedral,.... |

The room was clean and located 1 minute from the beach It was incredibly noisy, the walls were paper thin and the family room was seperated by glass doors into the bathroom, which meant that you couldn't go to the bathroom without waking everyone up. The breakfast was of very poor quality. |

Great location They charged me in Euros but somewhat the credit card was charged in dollars directly at a very bad rate. I think they did something fishy. Beware! |

1. Overall Extremely noisy hotel: noisy location with the bars closing at 4 A.M.; very poor isolation between rooms - you hear a lot from other rooms; the room entry door does not isolate you at all - horrible. 2. Ventilation is very bad. Air Conditioner does not work at night - air conditioners are switched off by the hotel! It was not possible to breathe! 3. Poor small room. Wc was hardly separated from the room - you have an impression that the wc is literally inside the room. 4. WiFi was not working the most of times - impossible to have access to Internet. |

Comfortable room close to the beach. Very good breakfasts, friendly and efficient staff. Spanish environment laws means that the airconditioning went off at 11.30pm; our choice was then to suffer in a stuffy room or open the windows to listen to people yelling in the street below on and off for hours, both nights. The other side of the hotel was probably fine but we were just above and opposite a late night pool hall. |

It was conveniently located near the beach. The room was bright, with a window facing the street. They recommended some nice walking tours of the city's highlights. Breakfast was included in our room rate, which was very nice. The room was a bit cramped. The floor felt like there was some sand and needed sweeping, but the room was otherwise very neat and clean. There were some problems with air conditioning due to construction next door, which made for a less comfortable stay. |

Pleasantly surprised at the 2* classification, cleaniness being uppermost and the staff were friendly having to ask for the keys everytime I left the hotel to gain access to my room |

Very close to the beach. Clean room. Good basic breakfast. The staff were happy to order us a taxi to the bus station at short notice and the taxis arrived within 5 minutes. Our room was a bit noisy because we were next to the stairwell entrance and could hear everyone walking past to reach the stairs. |

The hotel is in a great location only 2 minutes to the beach and also just a short stroll to the centre. Perfect for a weekend break. The rooms were clean and the staff were helpfull. I would definately recommend this hotel. Great value for money. |

Location of hotel was very good with sea views and the bathroom was lovely with good fittings and cosmetics, breakfast buffet was excellent. No ventilation in bathroom and even though we had balcony door open at night it was very warm |

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the location of the hotel is good. I ordered a double room, but the bed was two singles pushed together so there was a large crack between us when we were sleeping. There was also noisy construction outside, which I wasn't warned about ahead of time. I think that the hotel would be better suited to families than to young couples. |

Su situacion con respecto al centro de donosti Las dos veces que he estado he tenido problemas con los huespedes de otras habitaciones que al llegar tarde hacen demasiado ruido, voces altas a las 3 o a las 6 de la mañana. |

La situation est idéale entre le bord de plage et le centre ville ! extra ! on fait tout à pieds ! Beaucoup trop bruyant la nuit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! pas de bruits de rue mais ceux des portes qui claquent en pleine nuit ... Les gens qui rentrent tard et qui n'ont rien à faire des autres qui sont déjà couchés.... Et cela toute la nuit !!!!!!!!!!!! donc peu de sommeil !!!! |

Très bon emplacement géographique entre la gare Amara (train Henday- San Sébastian direct pour 1, 80 € l'aller) et le vieux san sébastian. Bon accueil et chambre avec balcon. Bonne isolation sonore avec l'extérieur, mais pas entre les chambres ni avec le couloir. |
