In the Ramblas, walking distance to and around Santa Cruz, most rooms recently refurbished. I had a junior suite for two nights for €150 - good value. |

Outstanding staff. Bedroom,lounge kitchen and balcony make it self contained. Minimalistic throughout. Just off the town centre. Will go back. |

Good city centre position on the Rambla in Santa Cruz. Excellent Reception staff ready to make us welcome and at ease. Re-furbished areas delightful. Well worth paying for parking! Difficult to locate with maze of one-way streets - not known to our SatNav. |

The staff were very efficient and helpful. The breakfast was not very good - the hot food was never hot and some variation of the egss, there were scrambled eggs almost every day, what about boiled or fried eggs (had these one morning) and maybe beans. The heating in the rooms did not work, for us this was important, we live in Spain,it was quite cold for us in Tenerife. We had to request extrablankets. No bar, so we had to go out alot. |

Situation en ville; peu bruyant même si école contigue Service international limité: ex programmes télévision en français: tv5 absent. La nécessité de communiquer apres réservation un autre numéro de carte bancaire en circuit non sécurisé! (Amex non accepté en garantie): le booking via votre intermédiaire n'a pas été suffisant! |

Ubicación tranquila para la gente de negocios y habitaciones (minisuites) bien acondicionadas para poder trabajar sin incomodidades Los servicios de comida a domicilio que recomiendan en el check-in (recepción) dejan mucho que desear. El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones mini-suites sólo enfria el salón adjunto. Llega poco frio al dormitorio. Sería pertinente que instalaran otro split independiente en el dormitorio. |

Ein sehr sauberes und geräumiges und gepflegtes Apartment zu einem äusserst günstigen Preis.Empfehlung der Hotelmitarbeiter wo man gut und günstig essengehen kann und andere nützliche Hinweise. Die Flure und einige Gemeinschaftsräume sind noch etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück hätte etwas besser sein können. |

El personal es muy amable, la habitación espaciosa, así como el baño. Todo estaba perfectamente limpio, muy moderno y cuidado al detalle, tiene piscina y aire acondicionado. En la entrada del hotel tienen peces de colores y nenúfares. En los alrededores hay unas casas preciosas y el barrio es muy tranquilo y seguro. El desayuno muy abundante. Todo perfecto, repetiremos sin dudar Detras del hotel hay un colegio. Nosotros nos levantabamos temprano, así que no fue un problema, pero si te gusta estar más tiempo en la cama, a lo mejor sí que te molestan. De todas formas fue una estancia estupenda |
