Good location, nica bathroom. Underground parking. Deportivo Santa Cruz stadion just accross the street. We attended by accident the game against Seville. Bar staff too relaxed, never get the drink. All wooden structures looked a bit worn. |

Excellent Buffet breakfast - with Zumex machine to squeeze fresh orange juice. Very nice room with quality feeling, very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would warmly recommend this hotel. Funny thing is that what brought us to the hotel was free parking and free wireless Internet - we were surprised for the best by the quality and value for money. Pool was constantly closed. |

Very clean and good price for room service. Prefer to prepare Hot tea set and Hot air conditioner. It was a little cold. |

The buffet breakfast with inclusive cooked part was really good, even the coffee (notoriously bad in buffet breakfasts) was highly drinkable. Most of the staff were helpful & friendly. Todo muy bien (y tot molt bé). Dug y Ana |

Su ubicación, la atención del personal y el servicio de restauración. Deberían darle un pequeño repaso a las habitaciones para corregir pequeños desperfectos (como por ejemplo el barniz de las maderas, que está lleno de marcas fáciles de corregir y que sin embargo dan imagen de muy deteriorado) |

Hotel amplio, contrucción de buena calidad y caracter noble, en lugar tranquilo y con parking. Necesita una pequeña reparación superficial y barnizado de la abundante madera de la habitación. |

su ubicaciòn,el precio es aceptable,se come bièn,muy tranquilo , dormi bièn, la verdad que no me dio tiempo de ver los defectos que podia tener pues estuve poco en èl, solo mande a planchar una blusa y para el precio no la dejaron bièn |

Mooie kamer en zeer goed ontbijt. Het moderne design van het hotel en de ruime opzet vond ik fantastisch. De ruimte waarin het ontbijt werd geserveerd deed wat oubollig aan, dit in compleet contrast met het overige zeer fraaie interieur van het hotel. |

Las instalaciones y la decoracion El restaurante, la calidad de la comida deja mucho que desear: la presentacion es buena pero la degustacion es muy mala hablo de la comida del mediodia. La atencion es baja habia que estar continuamente pidiendo agua y pan. |

L'hotel est très calme, surtout le week end car il n' y a pratiquement personne. Le petit déjeuner est de très bonne qualité. Chambre un peu sombre au rez de chaussée. |

Complessivamente un bell'hotel costruito con materiali importanti: camere spaziose in mogano, bagni in travertino con doccia doppia....La piscina è piccola ma piacevolmente climatizzata. Molto scomodo senza una macchina. Pur essendo un albergo molto bello è un pò trascurato e necessiterebbe di un accurato restauro soprattutto delle parti comuni e dei pavimenti in legno. |
