staffs were very nice and kindly even they speak poor english. Double room which I stayed was pretty big. free WI-FI. Very good location. they didn't change towel first night but second night was changed. |

hotel staff very helpful and friendly, central location near shops and sights, wireless internet access in hotel lobby The room I was given had a broken lock on the door (looked like it had been fixed with pieces of wood and nails, i.e. not professionally fixed) - I didn´t want to stay in there because I wouldn´t feel safe. The room also smelled "funny". I told the staff about this and they were fantastic and immediately changed me to another room, which was great. |

it is in the core of downtown Santa Cruz, which is good as usual in these kind of places, there is a lot of noise coming from outside and also inside. |

The airline had lost my bag and the staff was very helpful in assisting me. The room was clean and the hotel was in walking distance to shopping and sights. No there was nothing that I didn't like about it especially given the price. |

No me ha gustado nada del "hotel", lo pongo entre comillas porque no creo que tenga la catalogación de hotel, no llega ni a pensión de baja calidad. Las sabanas estaban sucias, las puertas estaban destrozadas, los cables de la luz salían por un agujero de la pared, la habitación era minúscula. Al "hotel" le hace falta una reforma completa. En definitiva, nada recomendable |

Чистый номер с большими потолками, большой кроватью, чистой ванной. Достаточно просторный. Номер выглядит очень устаревшим. Найти парковку рядом с отелем практически невозможно (катался минут по 15 прежде чем смог поставить автомобиль). Вид из окна отсутсвует (у нас был вид на грязную стену и на окно номера напротив, неба не видно). Оплачивал номер по карте AMEX. Отель попытался украсть деньги, проведя 2 транзакции подряд уже после моего отъезда из него. Сделать бесплатный Wi-Fi хотя бы. |

El trato cercano del personal..creo que es lo mas remarcable . Digamos que le faltaria un ventilador.. nada mas llegar a la habitación notabas una sensación de ahogo xd un poco agobiante , aparte de los ruidos de los otros huespedes pero creo que eso es algo inevitable de evitar. |

La cama es grande y cómoda. Por dentro está todo bastante descuidado, le haría falta una buena manita de pintura y cambiar las puertas. Eso sí, sobre la limpieza no hay queja. En fin, es un hotel adecuado para lo que pretendía: simplemente dormir yo solo durante una noche. |
