Het hotelpersoneel was uitstekend. Goede locatie, alle winkels dichtbij, terrasjes enz. Plaza España is zo moooiii. Het ligt 5 min.van het hotel. |

Uitstekende ligging: centraal, VVV-kantoor en openbaar vervoer. Het warm water in het hotel en het ontbreken van een föhn. |

Eerst kwamen wij een dag later aan door vertragingen en daarna onze fietsen nog later.Pelinor heeft hier heel goed op gereageerd Daarna kwamen we terug en de prijzen zijn voor bij boeken hoger dan voor de initiele internet boeking |

Wij kozen voor een superior kamer (kleine toeslag), deze is zeer ruim, modern en netjes ingericht met goede bedden. Zeer centrale ligging in centrum en vlakbij de haven. Jammer dat de airco installatie van de kamer er naast op ons balkon hing zodat wanneer de buren de airco gebruiken er veel lawaai / lage bromtoon ontstaat (vooral 's nachts) dat erge geluidhinder geeft; dus slapen met oordopjes in. |

Central location, reception 24 hours, newspaper in breakfast room, nice smell in elevator, beautiful view above flowering trees Music from outside in the night. Balcony could have chairs and table.Fruits at breakfast? |

We wanted to be in the central shopping district and that is where we were, especially being in a pedestrianised street Without much assistance from the car-hire company, we would have had great difficulty with parking. |

Position - everything close at hand, city, restaurants, shopping. 5 minutes from the Port where we were catching Ferry for Gran Canaria. Bathroom was very disappointing. Only parking available was expensive. |

The hotel had a good location in the center of Santa Cruz and the room was quite nice and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was also quite good, although no fresh fruits were available. I think it was a good value for money. The room itself had no safe box, but it was possible to rent a safe box from the room near the reception - however the price, 4 euros per day, was quite high. |

The hotel is located closely the transportation services (bus central station). The hotel is not so far from shopping centers and restaurants. The hotel was really too noisy on every morning (from 5-6 am). It was difficult to communicate with staff (English is not very well known by them). |

Location was very good in the heart of the city, but in a quiet, leafy pedestrianised street. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was funny shape, basic, but fine. Breakfast was excellent with friendly dining room manager, and wide variety. |

The location of the hotel during carnival time is absoultely perfect if you are planning on partying until 8am every morning. The staff were great, friendly and helpful (although no English, so a little difficult to communicate). Clean, efficient and central - did just what it said on the tin :) If you want a quiet night during carnival, don't stay here! Also, it would have been nice to have been able to communicate a little easier, but me not speaking Spanish is my problem I guess, not theirs. |

Friendly welcome, English understood if not widely spoken by staff, helpful local information concerning road closure due to the Carnaval. This is a Bed and Breakfast set up, Breakfast is on the mezzanine floor not served by the 2 lifts. Staircases are steep, therefore could be a problem if you, or a member of your group has mobility problems. My only experience of Santa Cruz in this hotel was in Carnaval time. Loud music not stopping sometimes until 7.30am, lots of people thronging the streets not ideal for some people, however I would certainly return, the air conditioning was brilliant (tested, but not necessary) |
