The room, beds, cleanlisness of everything, buffet breakfast, location, so near shopping - within walking distance, the lovely park opposite the hotel. No - as good as any hotel I have ever stayed - up to any standard. |

The location near the park is an advantage. Breakfast served did not have a lot of choice and the coffee machine did not dispense hot water. |

We looked at the local sites enjoy[the new library was very good] the restaurents and did loads shopping just that it was a little expensive |

Location, classy feel to the hotel, roof terrace, value, generally extremely friendly and helpful staff One staff member at reception was a tad officious, and the special set menu in the restaurant was very poor. |

the outside looks good we got a room with a view on a blanc wall. when you reserve in advance, you don't expect to have such a room. moreover, the personel was not nice, and in a hurry to finish duty. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Central location. Only stayed one night. Unfortunately we were there on Monday night and the restaurant Gom is closed on a Monday! |

Ubicacion perfecta: cerca del centro (10 min.andando) y delante de jardines espectaculares (Sanabria). Muy tranquilo y acogedor. Podria actualizarse el baño... pero estaba completo |

El hotel esta bien para conocer la ciudad, es bastante silencioso, y la entrada es muy bonita. El aire acondicionado del hotel destila en un recipiente en la terraza y cuando este se llena la terraza esta toda mojada y no puedes pisar. |

centrico Los aparcamientos son extremadamente pequeños y hay que maniobrar mucho.El personal de limpieza no respeta el descanso de los huespedes, hacen mucho ruido. La piscina se puede utilizar sólo 1 hora al día según cartel indicativo (de 19:00 a20:00hr). Muy caro en relación a calidad precio, me ha decepcionado. |

El trato del personal, la existencia de parking y su situacion. El baño. Cuando te duchas se moja todo el suelo, y ademas la bañera estaba semiatascada y tardaba mucho en desaguar. |
