The staff were very friendly. During our stay it was one of our party's birthday and the waitress presented him with a birthday cake after dinner. Very sweet (!) thought and thoroughly appreciated. Room comfortable and clean. Resort itself a bit dull out of season. |

The studio room was very nicely appointed. Clean, good-sized modern bathroom; very natty kitchen area which had a microwave, 2 hobs and a full sized fridge with a freezer compartment, all hidden behind four cupboard doors looking a bit like another wardrobe. Wardrobe space was ample for three or four if that many shared the room. Beds (which we found had new but hard, not particularly comfy matresses) were arranged slightly apart from the living area which would make it suitable to put little ones to bed and not seem to have them in the same room. Only Self Catering is recommended as the food is dire with very little choice. Having stayed at the two other hotels in this group in the same resort, both official 2* hotels, we were expecting at least the same quality of food, if not better from this 4* hotel, but were absolutey shocked at the poor quality of the ingriedients and choice offered. We paid 116 euros a night for half board and felt totally ripped off as far as the food was concerned. We can eat almost anything as long as it is fresh, but really struggled to find a meal. In the 2 hr dinner period, if the display went, nothing replaced it. The cuts of meat were very obviously the cheapest, some looking decidedly 'old' and were prepared with no regard to making the best of a bad lot by a cook (can't call him chef) who was either depressed or disinterested. |

Facilities for small children. Childrens entertainers were fantastic. Bar staff were unfriendly and it always seemed like an effort for them to serve you. Food in the hotel resturant was poor with a lack of choice. I would only return to this hotel on a self catering basis. |

Es un hotel relativamente nuevo. Las habitaciones son amplias y están muy bien, con 2 camas, sofa, cocina y nevera con muchos utensilios para cocinar. La piscina está muy bien, es grande y hay multitud de hamacas. Los precios del bar no son excesivamente caros. Es muy recomendable por su situación cerca de sta eularia. Hay un super muy cerca y muchos restaurantes. Está bastante dirigido al público extranjero. La cena tiene un horario muy especial: de 19h a 21h, con lo que es difícil cenar allí por el horario. La comida era buena y los camareros eran muy amables. Para desayunar había de todo y de cenar también... |

la opción de todo incluido es bastante pobre en la comida, en el resto aceptable aunque la cena es poco variada, la animación aceptable y el trato de personal de cafeteria bastante bueno. la relación calidad precio es buena. hotel recomendable para parejas con niños pequeños aunque la mayoría son extranjeros. la comida tiene una carta muy escasa |

Lo mejor es la amabilidad y atención del personal del hotel y la releción precio calidad. Lo peor son los Horarios del retsaurante especialmente las cenas de 19 a 21, estan pensados para los giris, ¿que español cena antes de las nueve en vacaciones...? |

las instalaciones y habitacion están bastante bien, no hay pegas destacables algo un poco surrealista, la factura la realizan a nombre de la pagina web donde hize la reserva, aún siendo un pago directo mio, y dicen que no tienen posibilidad de cambiarla, que no pueden.... con lo que no tengo ningún tipo de factura de la estancia en el hotel. |
