Nice clean hotel. Great really helpful and friendly staff. Good swimming pool. convenient supermarket across the road. Nicely kept gardens. The kitchen wasn`t equiped brilliantly. Shame wifi wasn`t free. |

Food was of good standard and good value, hotel staff friendly. Hotel not well designed as we experienced heavy rain during our stay resulting in slippery corridors outside our room due to rain coming in. Bar closed too early, midnight, which for Spain is very early. 'Entertainment' was appalling. |

loved the pool area and clean rooms food was of a good level. yes iwe thought the entertainment at night needed to be more. we had no dancing to music or live music all week. one act or quiz each night but nothing after 11.00 we found alot of others felt the same.inside there was a bar area to carry on entertainment till laterso not to disturb others. |

relaxed,sun bathed, used spa,ate out,visited local towns & bars, used local transport.leisure walked, sight seeing. the poolside bar was lovely, but i was shocked that they had no snacks only crisps on a plate free if you bought a drink! and one day there was a cake on view.never been anywhere before where the pool bar was so minimal on snacks.maybe high season there is more choice. |

Considero que los servicios en cuanto a piscina y animación están basstante bien. Si vas con niños pequeños te dan un trat muy agradable y te ponen cuna de viaje sin coste. Creo que se deben hacer más revisiones de las habitaciones, en lo que a la nuestra se refiere, las puertas de los armarios estaban mal, en la cocina también había pequeños desperfectos y en varios sitios más. |

Agradable, bastante tranquilo en la 2ª semana de Septiembre, habría que visitarlo en Agosto, estupendos el personal del hotel y la terraza de la habitación en la que estuvimos. Los colchones de las camas y el comedor del hotel. |

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, schoon appartement met dagelijkse schoonmaak, mooi uitzicht. We hebben nauwelijks in het hotel gegeten dus daarover geen oordeel. |

La ubicación. Esta a 5 minutos andando del centro y de la playa de Santa Eulalia, en una zona residencial junto al mar muy tranquila. El hotel está orientado a familias (3 piscinas, animación infantil, etc.). Las camas del salón-cocina son muy incomodas, solo aptas para niños pequeños. La limpieza del apartamento se puede mejorar bastante. El wifi solo se podia usar en el lobby y era de pago. |

Struttura situata in una zona molto tranquilla. Belle camere molto pulite. Hotel adatto a famiglie con bambini piccoli non ideale per coppie giovani. Nei dintorni della struttura non ci sono spiagge con sabbia ma solo scogliere. La spiaggia più vicina è in centro paese ovvero 20 minuti a piedi di distanza. La piscina è unica, non c'è separazione tra adulti e bambini quindi durante la giornata è sempre affollatissima e molto rumorosa le uniche ore in cui si può stare tranquilli sono le 7 della mattina o le 18 del pomeriggio. |

Confort, espace, propreté et isolation des chambres. Disponibilité du personnel. Equipement et activités dans l'hôtel. Manque d'équipement dans l'appartement (vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine insuffisants pour faire à manger). A se demander s'ils ne cherchent pas à nous faire manger au restaurant ou à nous faire acheter au supermarché d'en face appartenant à l'hôtel... Le français est très peu parlé. |

El buen trato del personal de recepción. Las instalaciones comunes, piscina, jardín, etc. Buena situación alejada de ruidos de ciudad, pero cerca de ella para pasear o compras. La limpieza del estudio fue bastante mejorable. Sólo barrieron la terraza en una ocasión a lo largo de 12 días. |
