good comunication, next to center of town, pleasant hotel staff Noise during all night long out and in the hotel, no conditionair or heating, very small room. |

Excellent location, close to the metro and train station to the airport The air-con is really bother us, not cool, and it was switching on and off every five mins. Very annoying when you sleep. |

House cleaning was really good The recepetionist was not very nice and told us the wrong information on how to get to the airport. So we ended up on having to pay for a taxi, so we would not be late for our flight |

the location of the hotel; hotel staff was pretty friendly but did not know English there was only one wall plug in the double room we stayed in; there were insects or smth like this in the hotel which bite us; the room was too small and uncomfortable unlike the pictures posted on the site. |

Das Hotel Santa Marta, das ich stets bei meinen Barcelona-Aufenthalten besuche, zeichnet sich insbesondere durch seine zentrale Lage, durch das vorzügliche Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und durch ein geradezu erfrischendes Empfangspersonal (Motto: Freundlichkeit statt überflüssiger Formalitäten) aus. Das Frühstück ist mehr als verbesserungsbedürftig. Das fetttriefende Croissant, das "Gummibrötchen" und die "unwiderstehlichen" Marmeladen (mehr gibt es ja nicht - allerdings schlechter als jedes petit déjeuner in Frankreich) sollte endlich z. B. durch frisches Baguette und Käse - gerne gegen Aufpreis - erweitert bzw. ersetzt werden. |

Die Freundlichkeit des Empfangspersonals, das sich - wie ich erfreut feststellen konnte - mehrsprachig mit den Hotelgästen verständigen konnte. Zweimal musste ich eine "technische" Hilfe (Kartenschlüssel) in Anspruch nehmen. Es war wohltuend, dass mir unverzüglich und außerordentlich freundlich geholfen wurde. Im Übrigen habe ich mich entschlossen, in der Zeit vom 29. Juni bis zum 3. Das besonders in Frankreich in aller Regel schon kärgliche "petit déjeuner" fiel leider noch etwas kärglicher aus.
