The rooms and food were brilliant. The pool was also excellent as were the facilities around the pool. There was only one tv channel in english but it was fine. However the receptionist was very rude. |

We really enjoyed the terrace view on the beach and watched splendid sunsets. The location is great as it is really near the beach and near a lively street full with restaurants, bars and discos We had halfboard and we did not like that we could not switch the dinner for lunch. We had to pay the room at check-in and later not consumption could be charged in the room |

maid service was really good.food was good. entertainment was diabolical, the only good entertainment was the illusionist. for an hotel of this standard entertainment should be second to none. |

The Poolside games and Evening Entertainment with "Maria" were brilliant. All the family enjoyed her enthusiam. Very varied and lots of fun, especially the water polo. Excellent location for beach, shops and restaurants. |

it was a nice bright hotel , near beach ,shops and bars . very clean .nice staff only one lift along way walk to you room . walls paper thin think you neighbours were in the room with you |

Location is good. Across the road from the beach. My room was quiet, overlooking pool area.I Thought the food was good and plenty of choice.Not far from bus stops stop for Palma etc. No wi-fi as far as I know |

A perfect place for economic vacations.the sea is just 20 seconds from the hotel.the personnel was very kind.the rooms very clean and confortable.20 Minutes from palma with the bus wich is 5 minutes from the hotel.the food was really enough and of really good quality!!!!!the events that were organised during the day were very amusing.....a choice that I suggest to anybody!!!!!! I would really like to keep the pool open during the night!!!!! |

The room was very big and clean,the staff very helpfull and the breakfast-dinner excellent.Value for money very noisy ( music from the bar in front of the hotel and animateurs from the next hotel until midnight) |

Very clean, convenient for one night before driving to Palma airport, but not a place to stay for very long Typical old Spanish hotel with thin walls, so very noisy between rooms, snoring and late night revellers stopped us sleeping. |

the hotel was clean comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. the hotel is in the centre of the resort with easy access to the beach (across the road) and you can walk either way to many restaurants and pubs. the only downside was the menu in the hotel which tended to be similar every night. the quality was ok but we were looking for more variety so ate outside a couple of times in the evening, still good value for money although the price of alcohol at the bar was high. |

I liked the position in Santa Ponsa as it was near to the bars but quiet enough for them not to be a nuisance. It also has a very relaxing feel, you can join in the day or evening entertainment or not without problems. The staff were very polite and when we asked to change our room as we didn't like the road noise, this was done immediately and without fuss. |

Lo que más nos ha gustado de este hotel ha sido la ubicación, sin más. Ha habido muchos detalles, entre los que destacaría: las consumiciones carísimas, además apagaban y limpiaban la cafetera para las 22,15h. y no nos quedaba otra que salir fuera a tomar un mísero café después de cenar. El precio del café 1,73€ !!!!! ni en la mejor terraza de San Sebastián !!!! |

Fijn bij het strand, dichtbij het centrum,winkeltjes en bars,goed eten,er werd uitstekend schoongemaakt en elke dag schone handdoeken. Het zou fijn zijn als het personeel niet alleen spaans spreekt,het entertainment was duidelijk alleen voor spaanse bejaarden. |

Hotel bardzo fajny, mila obsługa. Bardzo blisko autostrady co ułatwia podróżowanie, lecz w okolicy hotelu spokojnie i cicho przynajmniej w tych z widokiem na morze. Gorąco polecamy. Suszarkę do włosów trzeba wypożyczyć. |
