Excellent value for money, the apt. was small but more than adequate for two people. I think it would have felt a little squashed with 3 people.Plenty of bars and restaurants right outside. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on their food. |

the beds where very comfortable and clean as was the pool and what a view from the pool overlooking the bay of santa ponsa the location of our room we looked onto a very high wall some 8 feet away, it was very dark and dingy in the room. As the hotel was not full you would assume a nice room overlooking the pool or sea would have encouraged us to stay longer. |

The location is good, the pool area was nice, the views were spectacular, the safe deposit boxes were handy, there were a few English TV stations. Rooms are tiny and very dated. The rooms were not spotless, the bathroom needed renovation. |

We got a good deal for our weeks stay. Towels were changes 5 out of the 7 days. Grand location. Fabulous restaurant across the road called the Royal Garden. Beds were not comfortable but as a solution you could put the heavy blanket on the mattress and then the sheet over it. |

Liked almost everything. The maid service was great, the location fantastic and the sun shone! One of the receptionists (the female) was not very pleasant. |

Great value for what we paid, good sea view, great pool, very close to the beach, peaceful and quiet at night Concierge was not very helpful or friendly and there was not a lot of nightlife around the hotel |

I liked the acces to Santa Ponsa ... just a short walk away. Also, the pool was excellent. The rooms were very dated, more so than I expected, but that's a minor complaint. |

Wonderful location, 2 mins walk from square which had excellant tribute bands every night, taxi rank and supermarket beside hotel, view over sea from poolside and a little seaside alcove for hotel guests to use. Just a 10 min walk to the late bars and main beach. Hotel near everything but a good nights sleep guaranteed! Will definately go back |

I liked the location. I found the receptionist staff at this hotel to have terrible customer service skills. They were not helpful and made me feel uncomtable when I asked for their assistance. The rooms were not clean there were cop webs everywhere. |

Great location. Lots of shop, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Hotel also had internet access, a nice pool area with bar serving drinks and snacks. Ability to leave suitcases in luggage room having checked out early. Rooms were small. Just about adequate for 3 adults but no more. Also you had to rent virtually everything such as toaster, microwave, safe, etc etc. We stayed on a 4 day break and our towels were not changed even though our room was cleaned twice. |
