Everything was top notch. Staff were very friendly. I had problem with my TV, rang Reception and IT guy fixed it within 5 minutes,,very unusual for a big hotel like Aqua Hotel Aq. They had lots of activities for all age groups. I had great time. "Choo Choo" train tour around Santa Susanna town was awesome. |

Staff was mostly helpful, rooms were clean and with good AC, buffet meals had a good variety at a really good price, hotel is close to the beach and entertainment was good Very random approach to credit cards/payments - hotel took money from credit card when it was booked, then returned it (instead of normal pre-authorization), then took money from the card again two days after checking in. Certain services (like tennis courts) are out-of-proportion expensive. |

Hotel is very clean. Excellent location, a short walk from the beach and railway station. Good breakfast. Dinner buffet for a price of coffee & bun (for booking.com customers at least). Large pool, good choise of activities (gym, childrens club, nighttime shows...) Hotel room is quite small. There was no fridge in the room. I'd guess that at the front side of the hotel it must be noisy & hot during high season (our room was at the back so it was ok). |

I liked animation, fun activities and that is very involved for children. I missed very much the fridge in my room ,and rudeness from the reception on any matter reported. |

One of the most beautiful hotel in Santa Susana. I was absolutely satisfied. It is close to teh beach, and also to the train station. They wanted to take the total amount of accomodation from my visa card 4days before our arriving. |

Excellent cleaning, every day new towels and clean beds. Good breakfast buffet, the reception was very nice and helpful. It was too big, too many people. The pools were very cold.... |

Staff were very friendly and efficient. Buffet breakfasts and Evening Meals were excellent. Lots of choice and food always fresh. Hotel was filled with retired Spanish folk during our stay (March 2009), and we were the only English family there. This was fine by us as they were all very friendly and made us most welcome. However, this may not appeal to some Brits who are looking for a more lively environment or who prefer more British company. |

Very clean appearance, friendly staff, roomy pool area & good location close to beach. As corridors are not carpeted, some noise can be expected from late nighters heading back to their rooms. |

Goed en schoon hotel, sfeervol Niet ingesteld op zakelijke groepen. Het bleek niet mogelijk om drankjes e.d. voor de groep middels een pre-autorisatie bij Visa op rekening te laten boeken. Een hoop gedoe en weinig inzicht bij het hotelpersoneel. Met grote moeite kunnen regelen. |
