it is central in resort,clean and spacious,food okay but caters for the french moreso,or it did whilst we were there.however there was plenty to chose from.evening entertainment geared towards the older generation, but plenty in resort in the evenings..an enjoyable stay with good rates pool at front of hotel in view of passers by and adjacent properties but they were mostly like this all along the front.no drink making facilities in the rooms ,would have been greatly appreciated. |

nice rooms with balcony, cheap and quite clean and tidy. bus stop in front of the hotel. The air condition switches on and off permanently if the temperature is reached, making a permanent click-clack sound. Disturbing at night. - better to turn off the ac at night and open the door to the balcony. |

Hotel was silent, close to the beach and the train station. Moreover, Flamenco Dancer Jesus Cortez made our holiday ... he was absolutely fantastic ... awesome!!! Food was quite similar everyday,but ok on the whole! |

Was ok overall, but not perfect in any aspect. Beware, the beach is 50m away from the hotel indeed, BUT you need to cross the railway which implies a 1.5km trip ;) Better cleaning in the rooms, add a minibar or at least a small fridge, make air conditioning better, add some fresh food in the morning buffet (at least some proper juices, not those ridiculous machines which are always out of water or sirup), and for god sake, you have champagne in the morning but no way of getting some water! |

Great breakfast buffet, especially for Europe, that generally has a continental breakfast. I made one request, and that was for internet. The hotel uses a wifi E system which wasn't compatible with the standard wifi A system. I stayed in several other 4 star hotels, and they all worked except this one. Other people had connection problems as well. Unfortunately, we checked in at night and our car got towed. It cost us 140 Euros. There's a strange sewage smell that occurs outside depending on the direction that the wind blows. |

A great hotel.We stayed here for 6 nights and we enjoyed. The food was ok, but not great, the drinks were a little expensive(3 euro the water, 2.3 euro one cola). Every night was an entretainment show at the pool until 12. The pool was a little small but ok, the jacuzzi was great. For the money it is a very good hotel. The breakfast was super. The room was clean, but at the bathroom wasnt that great. There isn't any refrigerator in the room. |

Please see comment below and then read this: Although the cleaner put pressure on us to get out of the room, she was very friendly and sorry that she had to do it. We didn´t know that we had to leave to hotel at 10am in the morning on the last day!! So the cleaner kept knocking on the door because she had to clean the room. I think 10am is too early for guests to leave. It should a least be 11am. |

the food was ok ( buffet style ) , the rooms are ok in size and pretty clean there are 2 beds next to each other....so if you are a couple it can give you some problems |

The rooms and services are all excelent. The staff was very careful to please all the guests and to make our stay as good as possible. It has its own pool, jacuzzi and bar which serves cocktails and other cold drinks for the guests relaxing at the pool. |

The hotel was close to the train station and to the beach. Very noisy in the night. Could not keep the door open in the night as the speaker system of the entertainenet tents was loud and very annoying. |

El trato familiar y la amabilidad del personal del hotel. Poder elegir las comidas. las buenas vistas que tiene el hotel y lo espaciosas que son las habitaciones. La puerta de entrada, osea, la entrada del hotel no es bonita.Creo que debian de haberla hecho de otra manera. |
