The location to beach was excellent Staff were very good The hotel is not a 4 star it is 3 star and dated reall cheap package deal hotel The lifts are totally unsuitable for size of hotel |

Relaxing on lovely outdoor area overlooking the beach. Spanish dancers were great entertainers. People who pay cash being able to jump the queue over people who are on all-inclusive option. |

it is really on the seaside, good location. Good breakfast. I had got to arrange a call,to a neighboring town, but the number I had, was wrong. The receptionnists didn't help me, and to top it all, they gave me an iformation number, without telling me that it costs 3,5 Euro pro minute... It is a very bad thing to have a foreigner so over.. |

Hotel was spotless, food plentiful, good entertainment, polite and friendly staff. Lifts were inadequate, like most h top hotels we have stayed in! Two of the three were broken for quite a while. Inconvenient for older guests who were unable to manage multiple flights of stairs, eg at mealtimes. |

Excellent and helpful attitudes of the staff, especially at reception. Closeness of the hotel to rail station for travel to Barcenola and Girona. Also very close to the beach! The numbers of school parties some of whom were nosiy and disruptive during the night. It might be worth considering allocating lower floors to school parties and separate floors for other guests. Information about contacting reception was not apparent in the room. |

We had just one night in your hotel and we were completly satisfied with everything (including personal and services, etc.). Personaly I would like to thank one more time to the receptionist who was taking care of us and gave me the room according to my request (with sea view). Thank you very much, we really appreciate staying in your hotel. |

l'emplacement pres de la plage avec promenade tout au long.proximité de tossa de mar et lloret;ainsi que de la gare pour acces à Barcelone.bon rappoot qualité prix surtout hors saison.buffets copieux et variés.animation en soirée de qualité.personnel trés disponible clients étrangers(anglais) trés bruyants la nuit,cris à l'extérieurs qui résonnent jusqu'aux chambres |

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione direttamente sulla spiaggia. Camera non grandissima ma confortevole. Balcone vista mare. Buffet del mattino e della sera. Non ha un parcheggio privato. |

L'hotel est bien placé par rapport à la plage située à 50 M., mais hotel bruyant, mal insonorisé, literie très moyenne, salle d'eau très peu confortable (douche fixée au mur) et propreté moyenne. Douche , literie, a refaire ! |

De lokatie direct aan het strand en boulevard is perfect.personeel achter bar vriendelijk.Personeel in eetzaal moeten ze buitenzetten.Zeer onvriendelijk.Jammer van wachtrijen om wat te drinken te bestellen en lastig steeds met een pasje. Inchecken is niet zo klantvriendelijk.Staan gewoon te nixen en wachten precies tot 12 uur.Dit kan anders.Gewoon inchecken en om 12 uur de sleutel halen.De strandstoelen erg duur.5 euro per dag maal 2 + parasol is 15 euro per dag.Ik had all in? |

El bufet de la cena estaba muy bien. También la posibilidad de cojer un todo incluido. El baño y las habitaciones en general necesitan una reforma, aunque son espaciosas y luminosas el moviliario es antiguo. |

Limpieza, y servicio. Buen tamaño de las habitaciones y las camas. Horarios de comidas más adaptados a extranjeros que a nacionales. En el "todo incluido", pese a que indican que entran bebidas nacionales, no es así puesto que no incluye agua mineral embotellada, cerveza embotellada, dyc,... De modo que queda muy escasito. En el T.I. pone que entran excursiones, cobrando sólo el transporte, que luego resulta ser aún así muchísimo más caro que ir por tu cuenta. Muchos camareros, no sé si por iniciativa propia o por política del hotel, son demasiado histriónicos en su comportamiento. |

La situación.Se sale directamente a la playa. Desde la habitación , la vista al mar es magnifica. La ducha, la televisión y los muebles de la habitación, son viejos y cutres. Poco espaciosa. En la zona de piscina no se sigue ni una sola de las normas que hay señaladas, ni hay nadie que las haga respetar. |

El trato de los camareros y la proximidad con el mar y el paseo y las tiendas. La ducha fija de la bañera, los snacks que parecían los restos de la comida o la cena y los almuerzos y cenas que eran pobres de variedad, calidad y cocinado.Excasa variedad de refrescos sin azúcar.Todos los letreros en inglés ¿y los españoles qué...? |

A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt mindenben. A szálloda nagyon közel van a strandhoz, ennek ellenére több medencével is rendelkezik. Az ételek minősége és változatossága kiváló. |
