I loved the location, almost everything was in walking distance. Staff did not speak much English, but tried to be as helpful as possible |

Excellent location, friendly stuff, clean and nice looking old-style room. Price was not bad either. The room was very noisy (conversations in the other rooms could be clearly heard and the windows didn't do much to stop street noise, especially during weekend). The room smelled very much like fresh paint. |

The hotel's location is unbeatable. Short distances to all of the major sites in central Madrid. The towels were like sandpaper. |

Very beautiful old hotel, central, quiet, clean and with lift (not mentioned in your ad). No left luggage after 3 p.m. (also not mentioned in your ad) meaning we had to traipse a long way to a train station and queue up for 30 minutes to leave our things on the day of check-out. Also no English speaking staff, which would have posed problems if there was any complaint. |

No lift, we were on the second floor which wasn't bad, however in the middle of the stay they had 2 of us move to the third floor due to one of their problems. |

Grote ruime kamers, schoon. Groot bed met wat harder matras. Jammer was dat de Airco niet werkte daardoor was het wat warm op de kamer. |
