convieneant for train station on first seeing the room,we thought it to be ok for the money, however when my wife turned the bed clothes down to get into bed,we were horrified to see a patch of blood in the middle of the bed.Obviousley this bed had not been changed from the previous occupants, disgusting |

Very nice staff, friendly and helpful We have stayed here before and we had a room with a window opening onto the street, the room was lovely. This time we had a dingy inside room with a window that opened onto an inner courtyard that smelt of cooking and sewerage with no sky to look at so we didn't even know if it was day or night without looking at our watches.!!!!! |

Friendly, helpful staff and a great breakfast; no fry-up but plenty of fruit, ham, cheese, tortilla; all you could eat plus hot! coffee. We stayed on a Sat night and the locals seemed to think it was mid-day all night but I had ear plugs and suggest the hotel provide same, in the front bed-rooms at least. That said, I would very happily stay there again and would recommend it to my friends |

The helpfulness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. The room we had did not have air conditioning and opened onto a very busy noisy street. Therefore it was very hot and unconfirtable |

Family room very spacious and clean with good facilities. WI-FI worked fine. Big bath room. Great for one overnight stay, if you have no car. The hotel has no car park. The nearest overnight car park is expensive and is awkward to get baggage from car to hotel. Quality of fruit at breakfast poor. |

Nothing. This hotel was incredibly overpriced for appalling service. The room was dark and dismal, with very poor air quality, no air con or fan. The window opened onto a dirty alley. The bed clothes were worn, the curtains had holes in them, and the bathroom had a miniscule bath and no ventilation so that all of the damp air went right out into the bedroom. The breakfast buffet, which was included in the grossly large charge for the room, was also dreadful. Bowls of rotting fruit, plates of sweaty cheese, some strange cordial claiming to be juice, all in a room with no ventilation system. On check-out, an extra €100 was charged to credit card - it was refunded when we pointed it out. We literally became sick during our time there, and are now still ill at home. Dreadful. |

The hotel is quite nice and clean, the hotel staff is very friendly, and it´s close to bus and train stations. The internet wasn´t available during our stay (on computers located in hall) and we were not very happy about it. Anyway, overall experience is positive. |

The hotel was very clean and the room decor and colour very relaxing and private. I liked the retro simple style and lots of space to move around and storage space. Free safe which was useful. The cafe/bar was really nice and all the staff really helpful. a very good stay and very central to town bus and train which was good for us for travelling out and about no complaints at all |
