We had a lovely view of the beach from our balcony and the hotel was very good value A slight odor in the bathroom coming thruogh a vent in the wall. |

The hotel is beautifully situated off off the Playa Segunda with great views back to the city. The cafeteria, bar and restaurant are excellent and the staff accomodating. The rooms are a tad narrow, first floor renovated and very nicely done. Older rooms seem tired once you have stayed in one of the new ones. |

We did not like having to pay to park the car, as it is not an inexpensive hotel. We Also thought the food in the restauraunt was mediocre for a Hotel of this quality. There was no tea and coffee facilities in the room. |

The location, the staff, the food,the balcony overlooking a fabulous seaview the wonderful ambience of the hotel location in the elegant city of Santander and especially the all encompassing thunder of the Atlantic waves at night. In other words everything ! |

This is an excellent hotel . Having stayed here before we knew it was all we wanted. Only two nights this time but could have happily stayed for longer. Location for the ferry port is ideal for those not wantng the hustle and bustle of Santander. |

I found it very well presented and felt at ease there during my stay. The staff all spoke great english which was a plus for me as I speak little spanish. Great spot with views of the beach - great position and the 1 and 2 bus was also handy |

The location was fantastic. Sitting on the balcony watching people marching up and down the beach. Lively terrace full of locals. Plumbing was a bit noisy. |

This has been the worse hotel I stayed ever...and in europe I cant belive it.... I did not like anything....there was no air conditionig...the room I booked was not near what i spected...then i asked to be change and the only room was a suite and the cost was 250 euros.... |

Beautiful setting with fantastic views. Coastal walk to the left of the hotel & seafront promenade walk to the right. The town is walkable, too (or short taxi ride). Perfect stay before catching the ferry. Room looking a bit tired but ok though. Hotel restaurant rather expensive although cafe available & a few eating places within walking distance. |
