The staff made us feel welcome even though we arrived mid evening. We were upgraded to junior suite which was great after a day of travelling. The staff spoke good english so knew what we wanted. The breakfast was very good and well worth the money. The day staff were excellent. |

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel is located to a very busy and noisy road. There was no air conditioning in the room, so i complained at reception and they informed me the air con had been switched off for the winter! So the room was unbearably hot.I was unable to open the window to try and cool the room because of the noise from the road outside. In addition there are major roadworks in progress right outside the hotel which add to the noise level. |

I liked the wide corridors , the restaurant having a saftey deposit box and the bathroom. The sign on the front of the building is not visable enough in daytime. We had trouble finding the hotel. |

The room was comfortable. Loction for us was very good. We dined in the restaurant and the service was very good. Reception staff on arrival did not have the welcoming warmth that we have received at other hotels which includes the Silken in Seville. In fact, the receptionist gave us the impression she didn't enjoy her job and didn't really want to be there. |

The hotel is located centrally for easy access (walking or via excellent bus services) to the old town area, many excellent Pinchos / Tapas bars (we didn't have time to try them all!), the shops, the fishing quarter, the marina and 5 or 6 fantastic beaches. The room was very well equipped, was quiet and had a very large and comfortable bed. One or two of the hotel staff were a little "manana" in their approach, but nothing too annoying whatsoever. |

Very comfortable stay, got upgraded to a Junior Suite, very convenient. Very extended Continental and English Breakfast, highly recommendable as cakes, fruits and juices are freshly prepared. Location is very good for City travellers and shoppers. Room-Service (roasted chicken and salad of the house was rather poor) The restaurant is far better. |

It was very nice. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. The hotel decor is contemporary yet comfortable. The location was also perfect for us. The breakfast was a real disapointment, and for €14 did not seem worth the money. It was more continental, the kind of breakfast that is complimentary. |

Ease of check-in, room facilities and dimensions, location, comfort, professional approach. Ideal. Only to fill in this field, an armchair in the room would not have come amiss, but other than that, no complaints whatsoever |

The fact that you had a bedroom and also a living area which was seperated by a door, i could sleep my children in there and have some privacy The only thing that was different to hotels in england, is that the bar shut at 12pm midnight. |

The location is very central and this is useful for going out and about town. However, it is also near enough to the beaches to go there easily. The hotel rooms were very quiet and the breakfast was good, I came back at 1am and found the doors closed. Luckily the guy on reception saw me but he explained something and I couldn't understand what he meant. |
