Friendly staff. Very well located in the heart of town. Not up to NH standards. This is an old hotel, remodeled. Nice. But the rooms are small, it is just not what you expect from a NH Hotel. |

We arr Sunday afternoon and there were no restaurant facilities or food available apart from a few stale sandwiches. I am disabled and as the the hotel was perched up a steep hill and the surrounding area in uproar due to road works I remained hungry until the next day. The price of the breakfast was extortionate and I could never recommend this awful place to anyone. |

El personal del hotel, excelente trato tanto en recepción como en Cafetería y Restaurante. Servicio de limpieza le doy un 10, la habitación perfectamente arreglada. Persianas eléctricas, doble ventana, nada de ruidos en la habitación. Situado cerca de la zona de bares y copas de Santander, a un paso de la playa, un hotel ideal para pasar un par de días en Santander. En general todo perfecto, aunque he de decir que el tamaño del baño me parece extremadamente pequeño, sobre todo cuando son dos personas compartiendo la habitación. La bañera es minúscula y de difícil acceso. Extraño cuando el resto de la habitación tiene unas dimensiones más que óptimas para un hotel de esta categoría. Hay que pagar por WI-FI, cuando en otros hoteles de esta cadena el acceso a internet es gratuíto. |

Lo mejor es el espectacular desayuno que te sirven, completo y rico rico. El personal super amable, te ayudan en todo lo que pueden. La ubicacion es un poco regulera, pero de todas maneras está a tiro de piedra de todo, en general muy bien. |

no me ha gustado nada y admas es super caro. no me ha gustado nada es super caro, las habitaciones estan sucias, las camas hacen mucho ruido, habitaciones pequeñas..pareces que te encuentras en un hospital.Reserve este hotel porque Nh nunca falla,pero desde luego me ha decepcionado muchisimo. |

La ubicación está bien para visitar el centro, aunque alejado de las playas. El desayuno y el parking son caros. Las zonas comunes pueden mejorarse con una reforma.También estaba rodeado de obras, aunque esto no es culpa del hotel. |

Su ubicación. Nos permitía llegar fácilmente y rápido a cualquier punto de interés de Santander. Y en general todo lo demás. Tiene todo lo que le puedes pedir a un hotel. El aislamiento acústico con el resto de habitaciones no está del todo bien conseguido. |
