All charges whether in the lounge, restaurant, or spa went to the room bill, thus conveniently consolidating bill paying and calculating the total cost of the trip. Turn down service was impeccable, and it was nice to have bilingual reception staff. The spa staff was experienced and polite. The front desk went out of their way to ensure we had airline seats reserved. |

Tiene una ubicación excelente, muy cerquita del sardinero y sobre todo que es muy lujoso aunque tiene un toque bastante clásico, pero eso le da un encanto especial. El desayuno alucinante, tiene de todo y en grandes cantidades. Quizá un pelín el precio, algo elevado, aunque es normal teniendo en cuenta el hotel, aunque nosotros pillamos una buena oferta. El tiempo terrible, habrá que volver en primavera. |

Es un verdadero hotel de cinco estrellas. Es una pena que en la mayoria del resto de españa, no halla este tipo de hoteles y con este precio. Esta un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad. |

Een prachtig historisch hotel op een unieke riante locatie. Vooral het restaurant is een bezoekje waard. We kregen een 'upgrade' en hadden een schitterende kamer met balkon met uitzicht op de 'ria'. |

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y espaciosas para ir con niños se agradece la amplitud. Esta fenomenal el aparcamiento a la misma entrada, dentro del Hotel. Muy buena la oferta de talasoterapia, pero hay que ir sin niños. Las vistas del mar, estupendas. Todo ha estado perfecto. El personal muy atento. |

La tranquilidad que se respira en todas las instalaciones. Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma. Los desayunos han cambiado con respecto a otras ocasiones,estaban mucho mejor y más variados antes.Un saludo |

La atención y corrección del personal. La oportunidad de disfrutar de un Spa. Y sabemos que puede tener unas vistas maravillosas, que no ha sido nuestro caso. Pensamos que necesita una cierta actualización para seguir manteniendo status de lujo. En los pasillos más luminosidad, en el desayuno, dejar una cafetera y lechera en la mesa. Tardaron mucho en servir el café, porque no daban a basto. Haber habilitado otra estancia para evitar tanta espera de cola para desayunar, y tanta aglomeración. |

prachtig hotel met een nostalgische noot zwembad 30 Euro per keer! Mocht wel in de al vrij hoge kamerprijs inbegrepen zijn! Restaurant mooi kader maar middelmatig eten |
