room is relatively spacious, clean and functional. Good hotel for business purpose at fair price; walking distance to new parc of technology location of hotel is quite far from the center, and in the middle of nowhere (no shop, cafe, restaurant nearby) |

Proximity to airport - less than 15 minutes in a taxi (cost less than 15 eur for two passengers and four bags). Extremely difficult to find as it was very poorly signposted. I hadn't printed out the directions from the website as I presumed that my sat nav (GPS) would bring me successfully to it (as it had it did to the 7 other hotels that I stayed in during my 2 wk stay in Spain). Due to the obscure location of the hotel, the sat nav did not bring me there & I spent an hour driving around trying to find it even though I had only been minutes drive from it originally. I had to call the hotel twice to get directions.There was no air-conditioning in the room so too hot at end of Aug & got bitten by mosquitos as left the window open to let in air during night. This hotel is actually just outside the city boundary & steps down to hotel are poorly lit |

Clean well situated from the ferry onto the main roads further south. Welcoming, clean quiet rooms. Great swimming pool/spa. No evening restaurant. |

There was a kitchen which could have been useful. The hotel is very close to the ferryport and it has an interesting view over the city. The room smelt a bit musty. I was rather disappointed with this hotel and I don't quite know why. I booked it quickly to facilitate our journey to GB from Santander and it was very close, but there was no air conditioning and it was a bit noisy. Also there was no evening restaurant-we were referred to a supermarket. I was also concerned about the lighting of the stairs. Several of the staircases were dark and as usual I wondered how easily you could get out in an emergency. |

Size of the room quite generous as is the bathroom. The distance stated on the website from hotel to city centre was misleading. The hotel is right on the outskirts on the edge of an industrial estate. There was nothing nearby not even a bar or a restaurant. |

The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel location was excellent. On Saturday night there was a wedding in the hotel and it was a bit noisy that night. |

La ubicación es perfecta, que tenga parking es muy apropiado para esa ciudad, y el personal de servicio es muy amable. Tiene un desayuno muy conveniente. Los ascensores funcional fatal. El hotel no tiene piscina. El hotel no está bien acondicionado para viajar con niños, no lo recomiendo para familia con niños. |

la posibilidad de poder relajarte en la piscina al final de la jornada ya que aunque es pequeña está bien y su horario es muy amplio la falta de limpieza y de frigorífico en las habitaciones. Asi como el que no haya servicio de restaurante en el hotel ya que no hay ninguno cerca como para ir caminando. |

El trato del personal , siempre formidable . Instalaciones cuidadas ( aunque no al detalle ).Comodidad y tranquilidad. Demasiado alejado de la ciudad ( aunque con la red de autobuses urbanos hay buena comunicación ; de todas maneras , también le aporta mayor tranquilidad y menos ruido , lo cual es positivo).Algunas herramientas del circuito spa no funcionan adecuadamente . |

Muy tranquilo, el spa no es gran cosa, pero es de uso practicamente exclusivo. Un lujo !! Complicado llegar con coche. Pocas tiendas en los alrededores. El autobus que lleva al centro de Santander es un horror con las frecuencias. Son 30 minutos de trayecto, mas 20 de espera... |
