Excellent and polite attention in reception. It has a Telepizza store just opposite to the hotel which serves food after midnight. It is designed to be a summer hotel while i stayed there in November with very bad weather. The design of the corridor is summer style although the rooms are well prepared for winter as well. |

it was raining most of the time. we went to Restaurants eating drinking ... we went to the very beautiful beaches , and we drove on the country side , we went to see castles zoo etc. if you go to the wright place the food and win is very good. when i booked the room i did pacifically request a double bed .but when i arrive in to the hotel i was given two separate bed . when i ask them they say they do not have double bed every room was booked . so me and my girlfriend slept separately for 4night we were unhappy about it but we stayed because it is nonrefundable hotel |

Pleasant staff, clean room, nice room and bathroom, quiet, and very very close to the beach and the Casino. Hotel decoration. Corridors have a very strongly coloured wallpaper. |

The staff were all very attentive and extremely helpful The hotel restaurant was not open, the only food availble was snack food in the bar, which itself was not that enticing. |

The ability to park securely and the hotel's convenient proximity to the ferry terminal. We also enjoyed the friendliness and assistance of the reception staff. We did not like the breakfast meal and considered it overpriced (Double the price of a comparable meal in other local establishments). |

The rooms were very tidy cleaned daily and very comfortable. The rooms are inter connected and you could smell cigarette smoke and hear the room next door. You could also hear people in the room above sometimes. |

Es un hotel con una excelente localización si lo que se busca es un lugar tranquilo y cerca de la playa. Aunque el personal del hotel se comportó de maravilla faltaría que la atención fuera un poco más personalizada. |

La limpieza y el aseo No cumplieron ninguno de los extras que nos habian prometido con la oferta y que paso a enumerar: 1- Cama matrimonial superior (nos dieron 2 camas); 2- vistas al mar (nos dieron vista a la entrada); 3- parking (tampoco nos lo dieron); por eso en lo sucesivo concretaré telefónicamente antes de realizar el pago si van a cumplir todas sus ofertas. |
