Pleasant staff, clean room, nice room and bathroom, quiet, and very very close to the beach and the Casino. Hotel decoration. Corridors have a very strongly coloured wallpaper. |

The staff were all very attentive and extremely helpful The hotel restaurant was not open, the only food availble was snack food in the bar, which itself was not that enticing. |

The ability to park securely and the hotel's convenient proximity to the ferry terminal. We also enjoyed the friendliness and assistance of the reception staff. We did not like the breakfast meal and considered it overpriced (Double the price of a comparable meal in other local establishments). |

the hotel was very helpfull and everyone at recption had great english no, but if i could make one change it would be that the rooms would have tea and coffee making facilites |

The rooms were very tidy cleaned daily and very comfortable. The rooms are inter connected and you could smell cigarette smoke and hear the room next door. You could also hear people in the room above sometimes. |

La planta baja de acceso al hotel así como las salas de lectura y tv situadas en la misma. El baño es poco funcional. La moqueta del suelo de la habitación inapropiada para una ciudad con playa.La cama muy incómoda.Creo que necesita una reforma para mantener sus 4 estrellas, por lo menos en la planta 9ª. |

Toiletartikelen werden keurig vervangen. De koffer, die door Iberia werd nagebracht, werd door het personeel keurig naar mijn kamer gebracht. |
