The room was was elegant and comfortable. staff were helpful. Facilities, such as computer access, easily available. Well positioned town hotel. Breakfast could have been more interesting. Some proper fresh bread, not just toasted leftovers |

It is a friendly hotel and very conveniently placed for the old town of Santiago. The rooms were simply decorated and clean. Traffic on the cobbled street outside was noisy and my bathroom smelled of smoke - not sure how the smoke got in - perhaps through vents. |

very good location-receptionist was excellent-had good english but more important was very helpfull with advice etc -another plus was free internet access from desktop for guest use. Breakfast was at best reasonable-no fruit,no yogurt.Pricing at over e100per night place was expensive and not good value for money |

The reception staff were very good, their information as to what was happening & where to eat was excellent. The food seemed to be under a different management to the sleeping quarters. Breakfast was same every day for the 5 days we stayed. To eat in the evening it was not always open & you had to book. However it seemed to fill up very late at night after 10. |

Nach einer anstrengenden Reise war das Hotel ideal. Betten waren gut. Rund um das Hotel wird umgebaut - also ist es laut. Restaurant öffnet erst sehr spät. Keine Minibar am Zimmer. |

Hôtel agréable et très bien situé par rapport à la vieille ville de Santiago (5 min maximum à pied). Le personnel très agréable et serviable. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner trop leger et il a fallu réclamer à chaque fois du pain en supplément = 1 boisson chaude, 3 tranches très fines de pain, beurre et confiture, 2 petites tranches très fines de fromage et de jambon serrano et du jus d'orange. Portion pour un enfant mais pas pour un adulte ! |

una relación calidad -precio razonable...una buena ubicación ..y unas buenas habitaciones. el desayuno es "justito" en calidad y es servido con ..."desgana"... Otra cuestión a considerar (.. sería cosa del ayuntamiento...) es que la calle por la que transitan coches tiene un pavimento de chapacuña de pizarra que..cada coche que pasa ..."retumba" en todo el hotel. Tiene solución...yo la conozco...pero habría que hacerlo... |

Lo mejor la localización, estas a un paso de la zona turística, junto al museo de arte contemporaneo y del pueblo gallego, cerca del fabuloso mercado de abastos. Caminando puedes llegar a la Plaza del Obradoiro o a la conocida Rua Franco. El hotel muy comodo, estuvimos en una habitacion con balcón y bastante amplia. Que todos los dias nos ponian para desayunar café y zumo con tostadas jamón serrano y queso, pero el ultimo dia habia jamón york, curiosamente el dia que mas gente habia desayunando. Lo demas todo correcto. |

Les receptionistes sont très sympas ! L'hotel est dans une ancienne maison en granit aux charme certain. La rénovation est récente et de qualité. La cathédrale est à 7 minutes à pieds. L'hotel est calme et bien insonorisé. Le wifi est gratuit.Bref, je suis très content de mon séjour. |

El personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación era cómoda y limpía, La cercanía al centro antiguo es una ventaja para un forastero quien quiere conocer la ciudad y sus monumentos históricos. De verdad no, pero podría ser un poco más económico- |

Muy cerca del casco antiguo de Santiago, es pequeño pero acogedor y limpio, mucha tranquilidad y excelente atención al cliente. Parking de coches próximo al hotel, concertado. Cuarto de baño sin bidé. Al llegar después de 600 km, temperatura de Santiago de 35º ventanas abiertas sin poner el aire acondicionado, calor agobiante en la habitación. |

la proximité avec le centre ville de Santiago, le calme de cet hôtel et sa facilité d'accès en voiture comme à pied ( je terminais le chemin de St Jacques de Compostelle et avais donné rendez-vous à des amis à cet hôtel). |
