Schone handdoeken. Geen klok op kamer, wist dus absoluut niet hoe laat het was. Te weinig ophang/leg mogelijkheid in badkamer om spullen op te hangen/neer te leggen. Is er ooit geprobeerd hoe iemand in een rolstoel de kamer ervaart? Wel aanpassingen, maar zijn ze ook praktisch? Poetsen kan iets beter.Verder alleen folders e.d. in Spaans bij receptie. Absoluut niets in Engels of Duits te vinden. Personeel spreekt ook bijna geen andere taal en anders heel gebrekkig. Vond prijs voor ontbijt te duur. Was voldoende, maar brood zou uitgebreid kunnen worden met verschillende soorten bruinbrood. Nu weinig keuze hierin. |

Het hotel is heel goed gelegen, aan de rand van zowel de oude als de nieuwe stad. De kamers zijn ruim en stijlvol ingericht. Het ontbijt is beneden alle peil voor een viersterrenhotel. De gasten kunnen ontbijten tot 10u30, maar om 10u waren er al geen broodjes meer. Het fruitsap en de broodjes waren ook absoluut niet vers, het fruit was niet rijp en er werd erg weinig bijgevuld. Dit is absoluut zijn prijs niet waard! |

het hotel heeft een centrale ligging, 3 minuten en je bent in het centrum en vlakbij de bus naar het vliegveld het is een designhotel, erg strak en modern ingericht, niet echt gezellig, geen leuke zitjes, maar het is maar waar je van houdt. |

prima kamer, mooi bij het centrum gelegen. wifi werkte één van de drie dagen niet. Vreemd dat ontbijt niet bij de prijs inbegrepen is (of dat die optie niet wordt aangeboden) |

Large, comfortable, very clean and quiet room, despite overlooking Praza Galicia. Ideal location for both the old and new town. |

Modern interiors Very tasteful furniture(Had two Barcelona chairs!!!!) Amazing breakfast which was in with the price!!! Other hotels we had to pay 10 or 16 euros each for a very poor breakfast in comparison No car parking and had to use nearby public car park as dropping bags off was impossible as such a busy street Quite busy continually but we were ok as room faced back not road Would be ok if you didn't need car and got taxi to and from Wouldn't use it for any more than one night but brilliant stop over |

the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast (in the guest reviews this was a minor point but I did not experience lack of food, maybe because it was not crowded) the three stairs from the reception to the elevator for older people |

Excellent position, convenient for the lanes leading to the cathedral and the shopping areas. Nice large comfortable room. Excellent dining room with large choice buffet breakfast. Reception staff helpful, especially karen. We were also offered a room at the back of the hotel. It was much smaller and with no view at all. The hotel bar was very poor and unwelcoming. There are several steps from reception to the one lift, but no 'ramp', so suitcases had to be lifted. Hotel staff will help you... If they are available. |

Very efficient and helpful staff. The room and the bathroom were both quite spacious. Extremely easy access to the old town centre and cathedral. A very minor quibble: the cafeteria did not appear to be available in the afternoon/evening. However, this was the month of August. Room service is offered, however, and many alternatives were available within very easy walking distance. |

Nice hotel, excellent location in the city center. We did not have breakfast included but, there is a cafe across the street which is very convenient. . Staff was very friendly and always ready to help. We arrived after midnight, starving and tired and found out that hotel doesn't have restaurant or room service, anyway, staff gave us directions to go to a place to eat which is open until 2.30 am, 2 blocks from the hotel |

The warm reception of the two owners. Thank you!!! You really made is feel good again. The hotel is very close to Barajas International airport but is VERY DIFFICULT to find. It is important to CALL the hotel before even thinking to get there by car. CALL FIRST for directions!!!!! |

Very nice but very hard to find - there are no street signs found easily in Spain so they need better directions on how to get to the hotel. |

The staff went out of their way to answer questions. Made sure I knew where to go and how things worked. Did not treat me like a foreigner. The late night staff did not speak english so it was hard to arrange a wake up call. |

This is a contemporary hotel. Rooms/bathroom have a high level of comfort and are spacious. Professionalism and approachability of staff to be complimented. Excellent quality food provided. |
