kleines feines familiäres Hotel, sehr freundlicher Chef und Mitarbeiter, 24 h besetzte Rezeption; alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt, reichliches Frühstück, gute Lage- zentral, nur 150m von der Kathedrale entfernt in der Altstadt.Sehr empfehlenswert!!! |

sehr schön renoviertes kleines familiäres Hotel in der Altstadt; liebenswerte zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, die alle Wünsche erfüllen; sehr zentral gelegen , Kathedrale nur 150m entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert, besonders nach 800km Jakobsweg!!!! |

Entrcercas ist ein sehr gut renoviertes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in sehr ruhiger zentraler Lage.Das Personal ist aeusserst zuvorkommend, hoeflich und hilfsbereit. Es herrscht eine gemuetliche familiaere Atmosphaere. |

Location, wonderful staff, romantic hotel, breakfast. Loved hotel, but the street noise and the all night celebrations in town didn't let us rest much. But that's not the hotel's fault. We had a super time! Great little romantic spot. The owners and staff are the best! |

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, breakfast was plain but more always offered, and the room was bright and clean with comfortable beds. I had emailed to request an early check-in as I was arriving alone and received a favourable reply; however on arrival it seems that the room had been relet and its occupants were determined to stay until the last minute, so I had to sit and wait for three hours. I was plied with cakes, toast, coffee and juice while I waited. |

The location was good although it was initially not easy to spot. The staff were really nice and friendly. It was extremely noisy at night. |

La correcta amabilidad de todo la gente que compone el hotel entrecercas. La ubicación es muy centrica, justo a unos metros de la calle franco y con toda la tranquilidad necesaria para descansar cualquier dia de la semana. |

La cercanía con el casco viejo de la ciudad y la catedral, la amabilidad de los dueños y empleados, y el ambiente acogedor del hotel nos han convencido para recomendarlo y volver en otra ocasión. |

El hotel aunque no es lujoso, está muy bien situado y puedes ir a pie a cualquier sitio. El personal es encantador; es como estar en casa. Si vuelvo a Santiago volveré sin dudarlo. |

Muy céntrico, cómodo. Las habitaciones no eran muy grandes pero al final creo que eso le añadió cierto encanto y lo hizo muy práctico. No limpiaron bien del todo el baño; a mí se me cae mucho el pelo y odio que el baño no quede completamente limpio. Por supuesto que no me gustó ver algunos pelos al día siguiente en la ducha. |
