Great location, basic but good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff (even though poor English-skills). Slow internet connection. |

the staff was nice and very helpful, the room was very clean, location was excellent. they allow people to smoke inside the hotel facilities which leaves an unpleasant smell, internet connection was extremely slow. |

Very close to all the major sites and to restaurants. Clean. Car park was also close. 15 Euros for 24 hours. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was pretty cramped -- the hotel is only 10 feet wide. We were in the "attic", but it worked just fine for one night. |

The position was very central. The hotel was dark, dismal and depressing, we would never go back. Breakfast was awful. |

The staff, the staff are wonderful, nothing is any trouble not even a cup of tea at 2 in the morning(sorry I need my tea!), and so clean! We got the attic room for our last night and it was too small, would only survive one night there which was all we were staying on our return journey(thank god!). No tea making facilities, as I said I love me tea! |

Was everything I needed it to be. Welcoming staff, clean and comfortable. Just the sort of high standard I have come to expect of Spanish hotels. |

small, well-run budget hotel that is very convenient for exploring the old city; simple continental breakfast; friendly staff. parking outside the hotel is virtually impossible but the hotel's recommended underground car park is only about 5 minutes walk away. Make sure you know the hotel's exact location before setting out!! |

Room was very clean. the room was comfortable and cosy. The staff was super hospitable and did everything to make me feel at home. Breakfast was provided and it was a decent continental fare. The hotel was close to the Cathedral (5 minutes walking distance) which made it very convenient to access the cathedral and the historic area in and around it. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. |

Everything was spotlessly clean, the hotel room was spacious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The lack of facilities for making a drink in the bedroom was a shame but not devastating. |
