schitterend hotel, uitstekend gerenoveerd, zeer mooie inrichting, we hadden zelfs balkon, rustige kamer, goed ontbijt, mooie tuin |

Op zich mooie kamer in een zeer mooi gebouw, gelegen net aan het centrum van Santiago. Enorm veel lawaai (o.a. groep ierse scholieren) in en rond hotel en slechte geluidsisolatie zorgden voor bijzonder weinig nachtrust. Daardoor is er van een charmehotel weinig sprake! |

Het personeel en aan de receptie en in de bar/Cafetaria waren voorkomend en behulpzaam. Naar Spaanse maatstaven werd een smakelijk ontbijt geboden. |

Charming small hotel on a busy-ish ring road. We had a second floor room at the front. Noise from late-night revellers was a little disturbing on Saturday night, but the rear garden is delightful and peaceful. |

The closeness of the city centre was nice. some hotel staff very friendly and helpful, others not so much. Fabulous breakfast. Rooms were not well insulated, and we could hear everything all around us,including street noise and we were not on the street front. also could hear people on the street even with window closed |

The wonderful hotel, the restaurant excellent and very beautiful city of Santiago. The next few days free to take back to Santiago and at the same hotel. |

Very good. Not the typical city hotel is like staying in a different era in the city. Also have more amenities that some five-star hotels. I give it a ten. |

I have only good words about the hotel and the people working on it. It is a very nice hotel, quiet and in the old part of the city, which means that you have everything you need to visit in Santiago to five minutes. return to Santiago and the same hotel |

wonderful, just enter it as transportation to another time with all the luxuries of today. also recommend it because the restaurant was eating very well. |

The hotel is very nice with all amenities. the receptionists are very nice because I lost the luggage at the airport and they always helped me with my problems of language, and I thank you for everything. |

The hotel itself (including the room) was extremely beautiful, the atmosphere was amazing, the staff very kind and the location was the best possible. The price of the breakfast was crazy |

The hotel was very impressive. Beautiful senery, wonderful rooms, cheap restaurant for hotel guests, very very outgoing staff...aimed to please 125%...we were very excited about the hotel and in general had a very pleasant, relaxing time. The hotel was very close to all the main attractions in Santiago, bars nearby, something for everyone. The room was romantic and we felt we were very spoiled! Only very positive comments to leave about this hotel and staff. |
