hotel O.K. but would be better to choose hotel nearer to cathedral to see the historic part of city. anyone wanting peacfull nights sleep should ask for room at the back of hotel |

The staff attitude, front desk and room cleansing. The coffee shop in alternative to the hotel breakfast room. The garage , the ramp acess was awfull with tight turns. |

The location is excellent, the rooms were very clean and the bed was really confortable. Just a ten-minute walk to the porta del camino, the netrance to the old town, the staff offered us also many tips and maps from the city of Santiago and the province of Galícia. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The garage is very narrow and is charged per night (although it is less than 10 euros) |

That pointed out that I had had finger trouble and booked the previous day rather thab the next day when I arrived. I think if I had written your software I would have at least popped up a warning to help prevent stupidity or finger trouble. We ended up paying them fow two nights so I hope they didn't pursue uou for the first night too |

precios de alojamiento y otros servicios muy razonable. Personal muy amable y agradable. No funcionaba la bañera de hidromasaje aunque sí para ducharse. Rampa de acceso al parking muy empinada. |

El precio, la relacion calidad precio no se si sera por las fechas pero me parecio excelente. Ibamos con cochecito de niño y no tiene rampa de acceso al hotel. |

Me gustó la resignación de la señorita de recepión. No me gustó la habitación: Una buardilla, con la ventana medio averiada. El Baño olía mal.El desayuno era de dos categorías, como los clientes: Unos con ascensor hasta su planta y otros, como nosotros solo hasta la quinta, sin ayuda para trasladar el equipaje hasta la sexta...La relación calidad-precio no esta ni mucho menos conseguida. |
