Het hotel is eenvoudig ,net ,met een goed ontbijt en buiten de locatie speelde de prijs ook een rol bij de keuze. |

Ruime kamer. De luiken maakten het goed donker en hielden lawaai van buiten tegen. Dicht bij het centrum. Op een nacht was er lawaai van boven vanwege een voetbalwedstrijd. Ik kon de kamer met uitzicht op de kathedraal niet meer krijgen. |

De kamer was schoon en het ontbijt was ok. Prima hotel voor één of twee nachten, niet meer. Het personeel leek een beetje onverschillig. Voor de rest geen minpunten. |

we visited various tourist places including the cathedral and the streets. We only spent one night as we were flying to s Spain. oppressive room with no view. Noisy - streets, cathedral clock that rang every 15 minutes. Uncomfortable. Lacked reasonable amenities. Bed uncomfortable. Decor revolting. Room smelt disgusting, even the toilet lacked space to stand up in. |

Comfortable bed Room given was not as advertised and a bit noisy since room given overlooked courtyard which was a social space. |

The hotel was available and in the city centre The room was a tiny attic, breakfast was too late for me to use it and there was no staf on either at the end of the day nor when I left |

Location was excellent. Parking may be a problem, despite there is a public parking a few blocks aeay from the hotel. |

NOTHING. BED BUGS. SEVERE INFESTATION. (insecto de cama) HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY... I was eaten alive in my sleep. My partner and I ended up sleeping on the wooden floor, with the lights on, freezing cold from wet hair after showering the pests off... worst night of my life. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night to go to the bus station just to get out of the room. The first night, I had about 6-7 bites which didn't look like bed bug bites, so I wrote them off as spider/mosquito bites. The following night, as above, we found several hundred bugs, which proceeded to crawl up the walls when we turned on the light. The room was tiny, couldn't even stand up in it because of slanted walls. You couldn't take a shower without crouching because there was a beam through the top. |

We arrived early in the morning after a 10 hour bus ride through the night. We felt so welcome as soon as we arrived. The lady told us to sit down and rest. She even brought us free breakfast and then prepared our room first before the others so we could have a sleep and relax. The room was small but really cute and had lots of character. We only stayed for one night but it was really comfortable. The next morning we asked the lady to fill our water bottles before travelling and she gave us free bottled water from the fridge which was really nice of her. The breakfast was lovely too. I would definately recommend this place. |

The staff was terrific! they were extremely helpful when our car was towed!!! They were all very very nice. We appreciated their friendliness and helpfulness so much. Muchas Gracias Lisa & Bob The room looked very nice and was comfortable - the shower was the best we have had- even comparing to more expensive places. |

I liked the fact of being central, the kindness of the people and the breakfast. I didn't like that the sheets weren't ironed. If they were it didn't seem that at all. This fact created a feeling of insecurity in what regards to the cleaness. |

We wanted to spend two full days in Santiago de Compostela and did not wish to drive during that time. The location is ideal within walking distance of all of the major sights. Noise and expense of parking are potential problems (see below). The nearby parking lot for 4 Euros a day is in constant demand and should not be counted on. We paid 14.10 a night in a private lot. The traffic in front of the hotel is incredibly noisy, so ensure that you book a room at the back. (We moved to one for our second and third nights, and it was fine.) |

Localização. O quarto não tinha janela com visão para o exterior (a janela ficava no tecto). O colchão faz muito ruído. Ouvem-se muito as pessoas nos quartos ao lado. |

Prenotando on line risulta una reception aperta 24h/24, mentre all'arrivo ci si accorge che le chiavi delle stanze si ritirano al bar adiacente la struttura che ospita le stanze stesse. Bar che chiude alle 20:30 di sera per riaprire l'indomani con la colazione, descritta come continentale ma che non lo è. Se ci fosse un'emergenza di notte, come è capitato a me e ai miei compagni di viaggio, non c'è nessuno per risolvere il problema. A noi hanno dato chiavi non funzionanti, come la settimana prima, per aprire una delle 2 camere riservate. Scesi subito per risolvere il problema, non c'era più nessuno. Chiamato più volte per telefono non ha risposto nessuno. Risultato: abbiamo dormito in 4 in una stanza da 2 persone.In caso di incendio? |

La ubicacion muy centrica, la atencion del personal que ha sido excelente, desayuno generoso para la categoria y la relacion calidad/precio. Es un establecimiento muy sencillo con lo cual uno no puede esperar grandes lujos, pero tiene lo esencial para sentirte comodo y el personal tiene mucho que ver. 100% recomendable y si tengo oportunidad, no dudare en volver. |
