The location was great; the room was nice and clean; I appreciated the wi-fi connection! Staff were accommodating. Since our room was facing the street, it was noisy when we open the windows - but other than this, the rest was satisfactory. |

Very central location, cute classic hotel, little room with terrace overlooking street, free wifi and very nice staff who helped out with internet problems. Would definitely stay again and recommend. As noted in other reviews as so central can be very noisy at night with students coming home late, not a problem with windows closed but if it's hot and you have to open could be issue for light sleepers. |

I liked it's location and feeling of calm in the midst of a busy town.It had a very family-friendly feel. It is close to Praza Galicia buses and airport bus and a short walk from the train station so that one can explore more of the region very easily. I think the double room I stayed in was comfortable for a single but I would not have recommended it for two people. I don't know if all of the doubles are the same size though. The shower was also very small but functioned well and suited me. |

Simpatia, localizaçao perto da catedral e da parte antiga da cidade mas numa rua menos barulhenta, relaçao preço-qualidade, pequeno-almoço simpatico, cama confortavel.... repetia com prazer a estadia!!! |

Servicio, ubicación y relación calidad-precio excelentes para disfrutar de Santiago. En general, me gustó todo. Para personas con escasa movilidad las habitaciones en las plantas superiores no tiene ascensor. |

La ubicación y que tenían sitio para dejar las bicis. Se escuchaba mucho ruido en la habitación desde los pasillos y la recepción. |

La nostra camera era molto ben curata e con ampie vetrate.Le 2 stelle credo derivino solo dal fatto che non ci sia l'ascensore e servizio di ristorazione visto che il livello delle camere era come minimo di un 3 o 4 stelle.La camera è stata fatta due volte in una giornata. Non indicato per chi viaggia con valigie o bagagli pesanti. |

Todo el personal del hotel fue muy amable y estuvo a nuestra disposicion todo el tiempo. La habitación estaba muy limpia y bien equipada. Tener que subir las maletas por las escaleras. |

Su situación: en el centro de la zona vieja. No tiene ascensor (puede ser un problema para algunas personas) pero idóneo para una escapada sin gastar demasiado. |
