leuk kleinschalig hotel zeer vriendelijk personeel. gunstig gelegen voor bezoek aan oude stad. kleine ontbijtzaal. doet een beetje benauwd aan. |

Netjes, vezorgd, mooie ruime kamer, vriendelijk, attent en bekwaam personeel, ligging op loopafstand van historisch centrum en kathedraal, gratis internet voor de gasten in de algemene ruimte, receptie 24 uur bemand kamer aan de voorzijde inderdaad ietwat gehorig maar gelukkig weinig passerend verkeer tussen 24 en 07 uur |

Het personeel gedragen zich uitsteken, zelf meer dan een 5 steren hotel. Ze verwijzen niet naar verantwoordelijkheden naar andere personeel wat wel vaker gebeurd bij de grote hotels. De receptie geeft hulp aan iedereen die hulp nodig hebben zonder aanzien des persoon zelf iemand die niet in het hotel logeert. De kamer was te overdag te warm, wanneer de aircondition niet aan hebt staan. |

Grote en schone kamers, netjes ingericht, het ontbijt was goed en heel vriendelijk personeel, ook goede prijs-kwal verhouding De kamers zijn erg gehorig zodat je 's nachts heel veel geluiden van de straat hoort |

clean room, non-smoking hotel ( although I smell cigarette smoke from another room) and the free snacks. Friendly staff and very homey. the sink is very small to place your personal stuff. |

We really liked this hotel. The room was very good-there was even a lock on the bathroom door! The great thing about this place too is the Free Coffee Shop!! My son feared it might be a Hansel and Grettel style trap...we tried not to run them out of cakes. The breakfast is great too. |

This is a lovely place. The service was very friendly and the hotel offered many amenities for the price such as complimentary breakfast and afternoon snacks, wifi service and free use of the hotel internet. Very comfortable and clean and in good taste. Minutes walking distance to the center of town. Ive been to 18 cities in 6 weeks and this was probably the best value so far Ive found in Spain. You will have a a very pleasant stay! |

Clean rooms, English speaking staff easlily directed us to a close by parking with agreement with the hotel. breakfast room was to small, had to wait a while for a free table and we where not alone. Staff did all they can to comfort us though. |

Excellent location in the town centre. Just 5-10 minute nice walk from historical centre. Fair breakfast. Very clean bedrooms and modern facilities. Excellent choice. Friendly staff always helpful to customers. Public parking "A Rosa" 30 seconds from hotel door, but stunning 12.80 euros per day. Honestly, extremely hot in rooms. Hotel staff controls temperature of rooms from reception and they do not turn it down or off, simply. The rooms are a little bit narrow and that means there isn't enough space in the air for so much heat. You need to stay without clothes in the room if you just want to be there. |
