Vriendelijke ontvangst, spreekt behoorlijk engels. Wel middenin het centrum dus er kan enig lawaaioverlast zijn. Er werd ons een andere kamer aangeboden die minder overlast gaf, heel vriendelijk.(Wij waren er tijdens een feestweek) Er zijn3-dubbele ramen dus er is rekening mee gehouden.Elke kamer is anders, mooi ingericht. |

Very centrally located in heart of old city,the number one plus is the location.The hotel is beautifully restored and the staff were great. No receptionist in hotel so client has to ring upon arrival and wait for a few minutes, this can be delaying especially if the client has just walked rhe Camino. |

The no fuss efficiency and particularly the breakfast room for really excellent service and appetising food. I would have prefered bar facilities |

The closeness to the Cathedral and other sights plus the range of restaurants around the hotel. It could be difficult getting your room at times if you are out with the hours when the hotel has staff present. However, the staff are very helpful and give some time will be there to get you registered. |

very very charming and nice, very spacious, comfortable room, modern bathroom, great location, fridge for own use electric kettle could make it perfect - also because the hotel does not serve breakfast, street noise till late (on weekends till 5am in the morning), but it was ok when window was closed. |

We loved our room overlooking the square and enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. The two girls we met on the hotel staff were excellent,and we liaised with them easily by phone as no staff were on site after 12noon, until 9 the next morning. Think I would have preferred a hotel with breakfast included. |

Beautiful room,, very clean, fresh towels daily, great central location Unfortunately the wood floors throughout the hotel made a lot of noise it was impossible to sleep once the first person was up |

The personal attention of Melissa was second to none, from collecting us from the train station because it was raining to storing our luggage and arranging our taxi to the airport. We had a lovely room on the third floor which had a balcony overlooking the town There was some noise, but with the very central location in the old town this was only to be expected |
