The lack of dining facilities on a Sunday night. Many visitors stay at this hotel with the intention of catching the ferry to the UK next day. To arrive late sunday afternoon after driving across Spain and find no hotel dining facilities is poor. |

The staff were polite, the food was good - please can you find out the recipe for the scrambled egg (breakfast) as it was the best we have ever tasted. The room was good and very clean. Location was excellent for the ferry port. |

The hotel was very attractive, clean and well situated for those who like to stroll. We arrived on Sunday evening to find that the hotel restaurant as well as local restaurants are closed on Sundays (and some on Mondays too) We had been travelling all day and was therefore very hungry! We had to eat in the hotel bar (the choice was limited) We chose this hotel because of its location to the uk ferry, there were other people there for the same reason. I think it should be made apparant in the hotel description details that the restaurant is closed on Sundays. |

Staff were very helpful and friendly,liked it a lot,the girl on reception was lovelyand helpful. Not every one is fluent in spanish,if only there was a translation for the hotel eating menu,its only a trivial point I think,and the trains rumbling past at the back,but you get used to it. |

Is een mooi gebouw, met mooie kamers etc. en niet extreem duur. De ligging is matig; er is vrij weinig te doen in de omgeving en vlak naast het hotel loopt een spoorrails. |

El castillo es precioso Las habitaciones, me puesieron en una habitación delante de la estación de tren. Solicté cambio y me dieron una habitación mejor ubicada pero pequeña. |

La chambre premium avait une magnifique terasse donnant sur la rade. Exceptionnel. La chambre standard était plus dans les normes. Assez mauvais accueil pour le petit déjeuner. |

Es impresionante la llegada al hotel por la puerta principal, es realmente un palacio en medio de un gran jardin. Escaso aparcamiento interior, nulo en el recinto exterior del hotel y muy dificil en la calle.Llovia y no pude aparcar el coche delante la puesta para descargar maletas sin mojarme. -- Pasa el tren por la marte posterior del hotel, a 5 metros de las habitaciones. |

el lugar,el confort.todo. la chica de cara delgada en la recepcion,no deberia de ocupar ese puesto,informa con dezgano,no informa bien,no facilita las cosas,la que estuvo el viernes tarde(14 de agosto de 2009) y el sabado todo el dia(15 de agosto de 2009). Deberian plantearse tener una piscina para un hotel de 4 estrellas, y no cruzar la callle e ir a un polideportivo municipal. |
