hace unos años estuve y difiere mucho de lo que hay hoy dia ahora parece està mas deteriorado y poco cuidado. No advierten en recepcion que las habitaciones no tienen mini bar (està vacio.) la piscina no existe cuando en internet existe.desde luego creo que la vez anterior estaba una estrella por encima |

L'accueil, la situation géographique qui permet d'atteindre Séville en bus en 10 mn avec l'arrêt face à cette superbe et authentique hacienda. Il ne manquait plus que zorro !!! |

la propreté.le lieu: une ancienne hacienda.la terrasse sur le toit avec ses lits de soleil nous avons pu en profiter après 23heures, températures plus fraiches à cette heure. la proximité de la route, un peu bruyant.trop de fumeurs dans le personnel:à l'acceuil, au bar dans lequel nous prenons le petit déjeuner. |

Het gebouw is schitterend, alleen de ligging niet prettig, druk en weinig parkeerruimte, het ontbijt was overigens goed verzorgd, en met de bus is een makkelijke verbinding met centrum van sevilla. |

Weinig door heel veel lawaai van personeel tijdens eerste nacht (verplaatsen van stoelen op gelijkvloers cfr infra) : locatie is dicht bij de ring op 15' van stad. Heel veel dingen: teveel lawaai door personeel s'nachts (na middernacht) voor het verplaatsen van stoelen,enz... na een communiefeest; constante trilling en gezoem van airco boven ons hoofd, personeel dat geen moeite deed om bv. weg naar kamer te tonen, hotelgasten die luidruchtig om 04,00 uur toekomen, ... heel duur voor zo'n matige service! |

Weinig. Alleen ligging t.o.v. Sevilla met een busstop voor de deur is handig. Geen (beloofd) zwembad aanwezig, geen restaurant open, geen bar open, de beloofde prachtige tuin/patio ontoegankelijk voor ons, voor eten en drinken werden we verwezen naar enkele kroegjes/cafeetjes verderop in de straat. Op vragen over dit alles kregen we als antwoord dat in juni alles pas open gaat. Benieuwd hoe ze dat met het niet-aanwezige zwembad in 2 weken oplossen. |

Lo unico que me ha gustado es el precio, aunque me costa que actualmente hay hoteles de mayor categoria con precios muy similares. El hotel esta un poco abandonado en lo que ha mantenimiento de instalaciones se refiere, además el desayuno, éste es bastante flojo y servido en un local poco atractivo, el minibar no funciona y la luz de la pared no tiene interruptor. No lo recomiendo. |

Grandes chambres(n°11&12) trés propres .Architecture typique (limite ambiance Zorro) . Accés/circulation facile vers centre de Séville (voiture ou bus) . Petit dejeuner continental sobre . Possibilité de garer qques voitures dans l'enceinte de l'hotel , l'établissement est facile d'accés . Le personnel parle difficilement anglais et pas français . Espagnol only ! |

La ausencia de ruído en la habitación, daba al patio interior y por suerte no había ninguna celebración ese día (suelen celebrar bodas todos los fines de semana). La cama resutó ser cómoda. Por fuera es una No merece categoría 4*, hay hostales mucho mejor equipados, espaciosos y limpios. Tuvimos que hacer 2 cambios de habitación, el 1º por no haber atendido la petición de cama de matrimonio y el otro por la falta de higiene (trapos sucios en el baño, wc no precintado.. |
