Interesting design, nice pool, good breakfeast Poor service (except at breakfeast), absolutely disinterested staff at reception, no help whatsoever concerning tourist attractions etc., did not even know about opening hours at Alhambra ! |

The room was very modern and clean. The pool and pool area is beautiful! Excellent value for money. Some of the staff were not very helpful... However, overall a great hotel. |

Breakfast Yes. For a business type hotel the taff was poorly informed. Hotel lacked concierge and most staff at desk seemed disinterested in providing help or giving assistance. |

Only a ten minute walk to the town, lovely pool and nice people There is no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. |

Within 15 mins walk, there was shopping and restaurants & bars aplenty. The hotel was clean, the rooms comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The pool wasn't available on the Saturday, due to a wedding reception. |

Good location, just outside city centre so quiet but nice walk into town or you could take a taxi. Good room size and comfortable beds. Good choice of breakfast. English was not widely spoken by the staff, which was only a problem when my wife's handbag was stolen at a cafe restaurant in the city centre. I did feel that as a 4* hotel with a lot of British guests that perhaps more staff should be avl who speak languages other than Spanish. |

We found the hotel to be pleasant and modern in design.The staff were very proffessional.Its location is convenient to the centre of town,we would use it again, The only thing that we did not like was that our room 103 was very noisy,overlooking a garage and carwash,bins which get emptied at midnight and deliveries at various times. |

Nice room design, excellent food in the cafeteria, internet in the TV in the room, and the pool. The fact that the pool was not as available as we wished, as that area is closed off when special events are held in the restaurant. |

Very modern/comfortable room with all new furniture and bedding, breakfast buffet was very good, 15-20 minute walk to center of town, less than 45 minutes to alhambra by foot, affordable parking in garage. Loud drunks at hotel pool saturday night |

Proximity to the shops and restaurants. It was quiet at night and if we'd stayed in another hotel closer to the centre, I think it would've been very noisy. The reception staff were very helpful The air conditioning did not work properly in the bedroom. The room wasn't comfortable in terms of temperature. It was too warm. |

This hotel was very nice in the design and functionality. It is a ways out of the city but the bus stop was very close. There is no restaurants nearby. |
