all Ok. staff good , hotel good. nothing special but enough for his purpouse. we left in the morning and came back evening . you can also eat at the hotel restaurant- good food for good price. |

Only room was acceptable. Other things were not good even bad: smoking in the restaurant during breakfast, personal did not speak any language bicides spanish and etc. 1. Prohibit smoking in the restaurant 2.Hire personal speaking at least english. 2. Improve wireless system |

We stayed in Terragona because we wanted to go to Port Aventura and it was close enough, easy enough to find. The bar / reastaurant closed to early in the night; we stayed in a twin room and our beds were too small, even for single beds! |

Habitación aceptable y amplia Trato del personal muy poco profesional me hicieron pagar al entrar, limpieza de la habitacion mucho polvo debajo de la cama y sofá, habia trozos de celofan por el suelo y monedas de 5 y 10 ctm. por el suelo, daba sensación que no se habia limpiado. |

Buena ubicación, sales facíl a todas las direcciones y a pie llegas en 10 minutos (o menos) a la Rambla Nova. Habitaciones comfortables, con escritorio y sofá etc. Buena ducha. También es práctico la cafetería del hotel abajo a la hora de desayunar, dado que no hay establecimientos en la cercanía. Venden unos croissants buenísimos, pero no sé como es el bufet porque no contraté con desayuno. Es un hotel práctico si tienes que hacer negocios. Es cómodo pero no muy acogedor como para estar con la familia, al menos que estais de paso. Camas excelentes. Internet por wifi no funcionaba bien. No nos cambiaron las toallas todos los días. En uno de los días nos entró olor a cigarillo y grasa (de cocina) por el sistema del aire acondicionado...!!! Tal vez de la cafetería del hotel que queda abajo. Luego mejoró. Hubiera sido una razón para irnos antes. |

dat ik iets mocht uitprinten op de pc van de receptie omdat er bij de betaal pc internet geen printers is aangesloten dat men voor internet gebruik zonder eigen note/book moet betalen. 45 minuten stroom voor 7,50 euro is geen service! |

Quartier calme et environnement dégagé.Chambre spatieuse et salle de bain propre.Un peu éloigné du centre ville mais facile pour s'y rendre avec son véhicule. Accueil efficace mais impersonnel , garage facile d'accés mais en dehors de l'hotel. Petit déjeuner "continental" assez simple |
