La calma que es respira en aquest lloc. Permet un bon descans per afrontar tant unes vacances "intensives" a la ciutat com les reunions de treball. El buffet de l'esmorçar no té personalitat. Seria d'agraïr una mica més de entusiame en el personal d'atenció al públic. El cafè de les màquines és senzillament horrorós, i malgrat hi ha l'opció de demanar cafè exprés, el personal sovint no està al taulell. |

The location, very close to beach and port, hotel staff were helpful, would definitely stay again. The food was poor, and waiting time was long. |

It was very enjoyable brunch breakfasts and helpfulness when needed. The service for taxi and bus service very good. We also enjoyed our evening meal and service Thank You The Goods |

They had a good breakfast and there were no noice in the ewening. The zink couldent take the water and they did not fix it. |

The hotel is modern in design, spacious and near the beach with a Barcelona Bus Tour stop also near. The was a good choice for the breakfast. They were renevating the pool and surounding area, for the three days we were there, and we could not use this facility,which was very dissapointing for the children. |

Location There seemed to be a shortage of towels,soap and tollet paper. We had to ask for these supplies for the room. |

Hotel rooms clean and spacious. Hotel close to the action but in a nice quiet spot so nice and quiet during the night. |

The breakfast which was included is very nice. Good variety. Refilling of supplies was poor. Had to ask for kleenex, toilet paper and shampoo. |

The fundamental services of wireless internet, English-speaking staff and great attitudes were always present. I would have liked the ability to exchange small US dollar for Euro. |

It is very cenrally located and has a lot to offer. Our towels were not changed on the second day. Although they provided clean ones shortly after we mentioned that to the receptionist. |

Breakfast was great, pool and hot tub area was in complete disrepair and actually closed the day we were there so we did not get a chance to enjoy - bummer |

The room is of very good size, modern and well equipped. It is close to the beach. Although not within walking distance to the city centre or metro, the bus stop is only 20m away and takes only 20 minutes to the centre. |

Close to the beach but too far from the shopping and central Barcelona so it would depend on the type of holiday you were looking for. Bar closed by 12 midnight. No evening entertainment more a business hotel. Staff a bit aloof |

Good positioned about 250M from the beach. Good coonections to the city center. Staff speaks english and are helpfull Airconditioning did not work, hovever, the lady at the desk was convinced by looking at the computer screen it did work. Only after serieus complaints she was able to sent a technician who sais he repaired it. After coming back it didn't work. Again we had to go through a series of calls and visits to the reception to convince them it really didn't work (it was28C in the room). |

We had a few minor problems with the room which were quickly put right by the manager who checked with us the next day that everything was ok. Very good position for the beach, restaurants and the tourist bus. Quiet clean room The card operated lift seemed to have a life of its own and the lighting system in the room was a bit quirky but it may just have been us |
