Very clean hotel. Very Modern. Free use of Internet computers. Very Helpful reception staff who spoke perfect English. Good Breakfast Buffet Selection. Lunch snack prices and drinks prices were expensive. Don't use the Minibar unless your a millionaire. Pop to the Consum supermaket laocated 2mins walk away to buy drinks for your room. 10 times cheaper...litterally! |

5 min to the very good Icaria Beach; nice pool at hotel; very good breakfast; connection to bus line 41 and 14, which took us in 15 min to the centre; rooms ok, altough not very spacious cleaning service often forgot to deliver either new towels, shower gel...; jacuzzi not 100% clean; |

The pool is lovely. The menu is quite limited but the food was nice. The hotel itself is lovely, but the location isnt great. Too far out of the city to get the most out of it. particularly at night time. From 11 p.m. onwards, there is nothing to do in the area. |

Brilliant for a group. It was better than I had hoped from the website and great location for us. Best bit was having large outside area where we could meet up and relax. Only thing about breakfast was that the cooked food was cold each day but otherwise great choice and fruit lovely |

Everything was magnificent, I miss that time a lot! It's not a big problem, but the cards used in the hotel for opening the rooms and moving in elevator are not that perfect, they often do not work and needs to be replaces (during 7-days stay I've changed them twice). I also noticed that sometimes there is no hot water in the room, don't know the reason of it, but during hot summer it's not that important as well. |

The hotel was very close to the beach, restaurants, the city and a supermarket. The buss stops in front of the hotel to take you to the city and that only takes 10 minutes. The area is quite. The staff was very kind. The pool is not very big and there are not a lot of sun chairs. |

The reception and restaurant/bar staff is absolutely brilliant. The restaurant offers very good prices for food and drinks, the hotel is located close to the beach, and to a metro station. Great lounge area at the back, sofas, parasoles, plants!!! Free WI-FI The swimming pool was not available for 3 days, which looked like a scheduled earlier upgrade, but had not been mentioned to us while checking in. Almost every day, we had to ask for shampoos, soaps, etc, like 1 was enough for 7 days of our staying |
