The front desk and housekeeping staff were great. The free shuttle to and from the airport( and the Feria) is a cost saving feature. I felt the breakfasts were way over priced. |

Everything was fine, no complaints, typical business hotel with all the amenities No breakfast was included in rate, much cheaper to go to local bar instead of paying what they were offering. Also, you can probably find a 4-star in town if you're looking for a little more historic hotel ambiance; this is 70s era building |

Excellent location,easy to find if driving and garage parking a bonus in Sevilla. Staff very polite,helpful and accomodating.Rooms clean comfortable and a good size.Good coffee shop attached to hotel.5 minute walk to Bullring,10 minutes to Cathedral. Good restaurants close to hotel. All in all 10 out of 10! |

The hotel is ideally situated for shopping and sightseeing. The rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. Within minutes there are bars and restaurants but try the hotel cafe, it is excellent. |

Nos gustó el hotel. Buenas habitaciones, buen servicio, excelente ubicación respecto de las zonas del casco histórico. El hotel cuenta con un excelente restaurante, La Leyenda, con precios muy buenos respecto del mercado. Falta insonorizar las habitaciones respecto del ruido interno. No se oye ningún ruido de la calle pero si todo de la habitación contigua. La leche fría del desayuno estaba dañada los dos días que desayunamos allí y la respuesta fué que como se servía desde las 7 de la mañana a las 10am ya estaba dañada por el calor del sitio donde se sirven los desayunos. |

The Hotel is very central for city sightseeing, and shopping. We could easily walk to places of intrest. there are plenty of cafes and bars close by. The pool could have been heated. (It was really cold) And we could'nt get the air conditioning cold enough. |

I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. The staff were very competent and friendly. The room was spacious with the conveniences you would expect. Parking and the transfer of our luggage was done with a minimum of fuss.Excellent location which made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. |

The location was good - it was not in the tight, winding streets of Sevilla but out a bit. It was easy to get there by car but close enough to walk to all the city attractions. The hotel was clean and quiet and very pleasant. Breakfast was not included in the rate, although there were several places nearby to have breakfast. |

Very comfortable room, excellent buffet breakfast with wide choice, friendly service. Location is very central for the heart of the city yet great to be able to reserve a car parking place at reasonable rate. Roof top pool with views over the cathedral a relaxing way to cool off since 30'C even late October. Unheated but fine once you got your shoulders under ! |

Location is great, the facilities fair value for money. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast is too expensive, we ate across the street. The hotel charged my credit card immediately on making the reservation, they then tried to charge me again on check-out. The reception staff were insistant, it took a manager to sort things out |

The staff were very welcoming and efficient. The room was well appointed and extremely clean. The swimming pool on the roof could only accomodate a limited number of people. It was really too small to swim in. This was not made clear when booking the hotel. |

Quiet relaxed atmosphere. Within easy walking distance of all the sights. We did not make use of pool but it looked like a good place to relax on the terrace after a day sight seeing. |
