La magnífica ubicació a 200 metres de l'aqueducte i l'amabilitat del seu personal. Les llums d'emergència de les habitacions reulten un poc molestes a l'hora de dormir. |

La seva centralitatm molt comode quan tens nens.. La grandaria de les habitacions que permeten posa llits supletoris L'esmorzar per a un nen de 9 anys (no inclos en preu de l'habitació en tenir el llit supletori) es molt car ( van ser 11 €). Hauria de ser un import inferior. Una altre ha estat la falta d'iinteres davant d'un carregador de mobil que ha extraviat la meva senyora |

Location. The bed was big but unconfortable and the room very small. The buffet hours should be longer and more flexible, especially on weekends. The breakfast was poor for a 4 stars hotel. Besides, we did not have a pleasant stay due to some unprofessional personnel at the hotel. We expected more for the price paid. |

Nice location near the acqueduct and the city center, just opposite the bus stop Rooms defenitely need remodeling, uncomfortable bed, noisy, bad view from the window on a wall. |

Excellent service especially when early check-out we were served breakfast before the opening of the buffet I asked for a non-smoking room, however, we smelled smoke there. It got better when we turned the ac on |

Great location. Worst bed I have ever slept in a Hotel. This is the only minus that I have, but is a great minus becausa we dit not slep well I would not wont to sleap there again. |

excellent location and view. nice new room and fair price. good breakfast though not included in room price and quite expensive. under the hotel there is a nice cafiteria with all-inclusive system - fresh vegetables and fruits!! they put only one person in reception and she can't give service. |

very nice location hotel staff was not flexible at all. we asked for checking out 30 minutes later and received very angry response. we came late the night before, so we expected a four star hotel to be more flexible on the 30 minutes chek-out delay. |

free internet-- The hotel was impossible to find even with GPS! A local lady volunteered to ride with us in our car the last 1km! In booking, include specifics to find hotel especially until major road construction is finished.The internet chair is broken. please replace! |

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center next to the aquaduct and within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and shopping. The free wifi is good (although it could be problematic in the rooms). I connected the first day without a problem and the 2nd day I kept losing the connection. We arrived early and we were booked into a smoking room with absolutely no view of the aquaduct. (We were less than impressed, since the website said it was next to the aquaduct.) Needless to say, we asked for a different room with a view and there was no problem switching. The hotel was relatively empty and we did not go during the high season. |

The room was quiet and spacious (triple occupancy). Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Checkout was quick. The location next to the aquaduct was very convenient and good for exploring Segovia. Parking charges are high. |

Comfortable hotel with free wi fi in room in an excellent position for sightseeing, good lighting (which is rare) and temperature controls in room allow for all options Hotel signage is not easily visible to drivers coming in to Segovia, so hard to find, especially given major roadworks just outside. |

El hotel esta muy bien situado en la zona centro, las habitaciones son modernas, limpias y amplias. El buffet del desayuno me parecio un pococ escaso para ser un cuatro estrellas, sobre todo la zona de mesa caliente. |
