Sercotel Infanta Isabel

We arrived at the Hotel at the end of a very long journey from Andalucia. The Hotel Receptionist was very welcoming and extremely helpful and arranged for our car to be valet parked (essential in this very busy tourist location right on the Plaza Mayor). The real find was the Hotel Bar, where we were served excellent wines and lovely tapas at ridiculously low prices, fabulous atmosphere. Great value for money experience.

The hotel was lovely overall but my room was rather small and the decor was not to my taste, but looked recently refurbished and was extremely clean. I should have upgraded.

Good hotel in a great location on the Plaza Mayor only minutes away from the Alcazar, Aquaduct and directly across the Cathedral.

It was central to everything. Easy to walk to anywhere. Really helpful to have valet parking.

- Light waste water or sewage smell in the bathroom, which forced us to sleep with the door closed.

Luxurious room with balcony overlooking main plaza in charming town. Easy walk to Roman aqueduct and ancient castle.

The location is excellent in the centre of Segovia which means that the main sights such as the Castle, Cathederal, Juderia and Aquaduct are within easy walking distance.

The bathroom is in serious need of updating with the shower attachment falling off the wall. The quality of the breakfast and the attitude of the staff in attendance was indifferent. Whilst local customers in the bar in the evening were offered Tapas with their drinks, we were not. As they claim to be catering for foreign visitors foreign language tv channels (such as bbc Worldnews) as well as the Spanish channels would be appreciated. On a general point we understand that Sercotel is something similar to Best Western and about as unreliable in determining the actual standard of individual hotels when making a booking. Based on our experience of 3 Sercohotels we would avoid them in future. 1 positive out of 3 is not good.

The staff were very helpful,the position of the hotel could not be bettered.the first night the room was slightly small but changed to larger one which was super,would reccomend segovia.

Central location made sightseeing very easy. Excellent breakfast included in the reasonable cost

The location is good. I asked for the nice view and my request was honored. The breakfast was good with fruits and nice baked goods. The room was very clean. Really good.

There was a havy smell of the sewerage system in the room.
