Good location for accessing the old city and eating houses on foot. Very comfortable hotel. A clearer map of the local streets showing how to drive to the hotel and especially to find the garage entrance would have been very helpful. |

Very comfortable room with a terrace that gave a great view of the the countryside. Only the slowness of the wi fi internet connection. |

The setting, less than 10 mins walk (uphill) from the Plaza Mayor, which was quiet at night but you could have breakfast in the Plaza. Room was smallish but we did have a sitting room to compensate, as well as the views from the windows. Hotel is old and public areas are impressive. Garage was wonderful Parking in Segovia is totally and utterly impossible. Hotel is not easy to find - and our Rough Guide has the hotel in the wrong place. Have to unload car at door and park the car immediately - but driving and parking in Segovia is not to be encouraged. No fridge in room. Would have liked reference to an English language channel on the TV (this is true of many hotels in Spain). Didn't find any reference to prices or menu in the restaurant in the room. |

Characterful hotel, located within easy walking distance of historic centre of Segovia. Lovely views out over the city. Spotlessly clean. Parking in the garage may not be for the nervous driver as the garage is so cramped. |

Great location. It is a 10€ taxi ride from the ave station. The hotel is very charming and spacious. Our room had a living room and a wonderful balcony. Although it is only a five minute walk to the center of town, there are great views and you feel like you are in the country. Very quaint and cozy. Somethings were a bit outdated, but we didnt mind. The restaurant. Overpriced and terrible service. Go elsewhere. Even for breakfast. |

The staff were superb, the room was comfortable, the hotel was close to all the historical sites / sights. People complain about the cost of parking in the hotel garage. Why? It is cheap and makes life a whole lort easier. |

Although the hotel was in the city of Segovia it was on the edge which made it a quiet place to stay. We did not have to deal with late evening noises that were common in the more centrally located hotels. The view from our room was of the countryside, it was lovely. It was not obvious to us that when you sat outside at their tables and chairs no one would come and take your order. You need to order inside and then sit outside. |

A lovely hotel with wonderful views. We were allocated a great room (which also had a living room) with views across open countryside. Very close to the old town centre. Near to Castle. Very relaxing and quiet. Excellent Value fot money!!!!! |

We visted the city and checked out the fantastic Aquaduct, the Cathedral, the Alcazar and other tourist attractions - all on foot. As we were touring Central Spain we did have a car but it was great to be able to leave it in the hotel car park during our stay there and investigate the city on foot. The bed was rather on the hard side. |

The location was perfect for exploring Segovia on foot as it is located only a few hundred metres from the mail square and Cathedral. The view from our room was 120 degrees over the countryside, with eagles and storks flying above. The size of our room was above average and very comfortable. Although from the outside the hotel looks very characterful, the inside is very modern with full facilities. The staff were particularly helpful, abd the enclosed garage was a bonus. |

Conveniently located in the old medieval part of Segovia. Beautiful modern insides, lovely ancient outsides. Lovely large room for a surprisingly low rate. Wonderfully friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend, and we also plan a return visit. |

This was in a hotel that seemed to have been there a long time but had modern amenities. Because it was build into the hill, it was classic but also a little cave-like. The staff was extremely accommodating. It was easy to find and close to the castle. The beds were very hard. The location is in the city center, so if you don't like the medieval streets (steep and narrow), you should not try this hotel. |

The atmosphere, surroundings and location was great. It was quiet, comfortable, and totally enjoyable. There may have been a mild must smell about the room. But opening the window on a lovely view took care of that. |
