A beautiful hotel ; excellent rooms and facilities. As previous comments suggested it is a difficult hotel to find. The breakfast was disappointing ; it was clear that the hotel did not run a kitchen which is unusual for a hotel of this class. Also the front staff were not very professional; ( standing outside the hotel lobby smoking while on duty! ) |

The staff were excellent and most helpful. The room was spotless and well appointed with a really good bathroom set up. Breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. |

Location. It is placed at a wlaking distance from the main city spots such as the Acueducto and the Alcazar. Also, there are many bars and restaurants nearby. It doesn´t have a fridge with some beverages and the like. It is a major gap considering the high price of a hotel room. |

The staff were most helpful, and we were happy they speak English so well, as our Spanish was a bit iffy. We thought the rooms and the design were very nice, classy. My only comment is that we neglected to request a non-smoking room; considering everyone smokes in Spain, this was an oversight, and the room smelled a bit. All in all, a very nice place to stay, and quiet, too. See above...also parking at the hotel is a bit on the steep side: 18 Euro/day. |

The main advantage was the central location, but on a spot that was not noisy. The (paying) garage was a nice convenience. I really cannot understand how a hotel can earn 4 stars when the 3rd floor rooms have no proper windows. The room was quite nice, but with no view at all. |

Trato excelente...Muy bien situado, llegas a cualquier lugar en 1 minuto... Camareros muy simpaticos... En recepción son super correctos... En fin, para mi gusto todo perfecto... Muy muy recomendable;) El parking... Algo estrecha la entrada, pero teniendo en cuenta que está en el centro historico puesss no se puede pedir mas... |

La situación en pleno centro y la decoración tanto de las instalaciones comunes como de la habitación Por la noche se oía el ruido de un motor que venía del exterior (suponemos que el aire acondicionado) aunque no era excesivamente molesto. |

La ubicación, cerca de la Plaza Mayor y en pleno centro monumental de la ciudad. El buffet del desayuno muy justo. La habitación no tenía minibar (poco entendible en un 4 estrellas) ni un mínimo servicio de habitaciones. Los productos de cortesía muy justos. Los precios de los complementos (cama auxiliar y parking) me parecieron desproporcionados, anulaban totalmente el efecto oferta al que me había acogido. Creo que es un 4 estrellas un poco límite, a pesar de que el edificio es realmente atractivo. |
