Great room and friendly staff. Enjoyed the short walk into town along the aquaduct and we were happy with the position away from the noisier old town. The degustation menu in the hotel restaurant was a pleasant surprise. |

The facilities were very nice. I was already tired from eight days in Spain, in a car, with my sight-impaired mother. The staff went above and beyond to help me with planning and navigation for the next days activities. And the breakfast buffet was beyond marvelous. Diabetics and non-diabetics could both eat a well-balanced, satisfying and healthy meal. |

Breakfast was good and dinner was really excellent. Delicately prepared food and a choice of good wines. The hotel is located in a somewhat shabby neighbourhood. The original cloister part of the hotel was closed for renovation, but this was not communicated at the time of booking. |

Everything! It was a beautiful, modern hotel with extra touches including a canopy bed, nice lotions, towel heater, etc. The restaurant was gourmet with impecable service and one of the best meals that I have ever had for an incredibly affordable price. Even the breakfast was lovely and extensive. Being a converted monastery gave it added charm. There was free parking & it was not far from the old city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend it to everyone. There was nothing we disliked about the hotel. We would recommend it to everyone. |

A really nice surprise. I very well appointed hotel in a quiet location, even though close to the road. Adequate room. Excellent restaurant. |

Graceful hotel in great location. You are an easy walk to the old center without being inside it. Therefore the hotel is quiet with easy access to roads. The renovation of the hotel is exceptional. Because it is a renovation, we could mildly hear the guests next door. Like throughout much of Spain, we found the beds to be uncomfortable because you can feel the mattress springs. Nonetheless, we liked the hotel and were happy to stay here. |

The staff were helpful and the hotel was comfortable and pleasant for a short break. The location, whilst being in the city was too far from the old part of the city for tourists - for us a taxi ride away. We were very disappointed with the standard and quality of the restaurant - both food and service. |

Staff welcoming and helpful. Courtyard beautiful but would be enhanced by gardens In 'how to get here' information location or number of bus stop eg from train station would be helpful. We had to walk up along the aqueduct with heavy bags. |

Easy to find on one of the main roads from the south of Segovia. A new looking hotel that also maintains the old part of the building. Staff very helpful. The only hotel on our motorcycle tour of Spain who did not charge us for the use of the garage. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from city centre however, it is right at the start of the fabulous aquaduct and the walk is well worth it as it gets larger and larger! The piped music in the bar and restaurant was not necessary and anoying as the sound quality was tinny and volume up and down. The hotel does not need the piped music!! |

Relatively easy to find with good parking facilities. Internet access everywhere including easy access to computer near reception area. Although it is in an old building dating back several centuries we were in a new wing overlooking the car park. Even in the original part it had little atmosphere. Expensive relative to the other hotels we used. |

NIce hotel with a lot of atmosphere, although the rooms are a bit small. Free parking and good location: we took a taxi to the old town and walked back. The best part is the cloister which is used as a restaurant - bar. |

Lovely hotel well located at the end of the Aquaduct, 10 mins stroll in to town. Reception staff very helpful. Good restaurant, nice rooms. Bar ab=nd restaurant staff didn't speak English which seems very odd for an International hotel. Not enough staff to serve Bar and Restaurant and too few at breakfast so tables weren't cleared and food wasn't replenished fast enough. If you're going to have waitress service for coffee you have to have a waitress available! |

The location is excellent. The hotel is beautifully designed and furnished. After reading previous guests' comments, I asked for an older style room which was absolutely delightful. |

The location is good with few minutes walk to the old city along the aqueduct. A very nice hotel. Great breakfast. Receptionist spoke good English and was very helpful. Double bed was actually two beds stuck together with a hole in the middle. |

Very helpful at Reception (especially the tall, dark, goodlooking receptionist). Convenient location for sightseeing at Segovia and La Granja de San Ildefonso. Secure parking for travellers. Bed rather hard. |
