The room at the Silken Al Andalus Palace was really nice. and thehotel was clean and the staff were very nice We wanted to use the resaurant as the hotel is quite a distance from Seville town, but only one was open and we felt rushed, like it was fast food, and we wished we had just used the cafeteria. Although we don't watch T.V very much when on holiday it would have been nice to have a British chanel other than BBC News, every other country seems to have a chanel with other programmes. |

Staff humorous, polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a large choice. The rooms and bathrooms need to be redone. Not a right choice for us as the photos were misleading. |

The staff is outstanding, free internet throughout the hotel, execellent room service as well as the room decorations. The television had channels in Spanish, English, German and French. This hotel is very easy to find and it's only an 8euro taxi ride to the city center. I have stayed here before and I am always impressed. The cost of the breakfast. |

I liked the room, it was a triple, with a balcony, good size. I liked the breakfast very much. The location was very good also, inside the city, close to the center, but you need to have a car. You can park the car outside, although I was adviced not to leave anything at sight. If I'm back to Seville, I'll go back to this hotel. |

Big infra-structure, amazing diversity for breakfast - one can´t eat it all... Heating worked pretty well and the lobby is HUGE! Comfortable area for smokers near/at the bar. They have smoker or non-smoker room options. It´s recommended if you have a car, because it´s a bit far from the touristic area. The parking at the hotel costs 12 euros a day and didn´t work properly hardly any occasion. The kitchen closes at midnight, which is not acceptable for the size of the hotel. |

Food excellent, staff very helpfull. Club room and facilities very good value. Easy access to the City. Beds seemed to be made of cast iron, but this seems to apply to many spanish hotels. |

Very nice garden and reception area. Standard rooms are a little bit smaller than the other hotels we stayed at in Spain. The staff were very helpful and polite. |

The hotel is rather big and offers many options for eating inside its premises. The lobby is rather spacious and there are witing areas in each floor. The hotel staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel is not within walking distance to downtown Seville, so you depend on taxis or buses (which sometimes go on strike). On New Year's Eve we and many other guests were unable to get to downtown to join the celebrations. (Fortunately the hotel was still serving food and drinks, and they even gave us a bottle of Cava as a courtesy). |

Very friendly staff. Shame pool was shut as being a Scots man the weather was like a Scottish summer and i would have enjoyed the pool anyway. 6 Euro to town and taxis rank outside hotel. 21 euro from airport. Make sure you ask for a price from airport as first taxi driver tried to charge 42 Euros |

Staff were very friendly and helpful and knowledgable about transport, services etc. The standards at the hotel are very high. The hotel rooms are rather stuffy and it can get a bit noisy with the emergency services (near major hospital) and main road at night. |
