The pleasant staff mostly bi-lingual rooms were clean and comfortable and especially the location was close to everything The telephone service is archaic. Push button phones with rotary dial response and the wifi was only available (really) in the lobby. |

The breakfast was of a poor quality for a such a good hotel. There was only one bath towel in the double room but after informing the reception desk they promptly sent one up. |

Above all, the location was excellent for shopping & the main tourist attractions of the centre of the city. The bedroom was comfortable & reasonably spacious. The bathroom was disgraceful from a space point of view. The narrowest point was less than a metre & the door almost touched the wash hand basin. The shower attachment was loose & pivoted with the water pressure. The breakfast was poor and, especially, the orange juice. Why in Seville of all places was it necessary to provide an artificial & foul tasting liquid posing as orange juice? There should be a third/fourth category below eg probably yes or probably no as our feelings are mixed. |

Very good value. Considering the location of the hotel as well as its name, it was surprising that the desk staff spoke little to no English. |

The breakfast was good value for money. It set us up for the day. The toilet was not cleaned properly before we booked in. That is not acceptible in any hotel. |

The location was excellent. Walking distance to many of the sightseeing places. Very informative, helpful and friendly staff. The room. I had booked for a triple room but was given a twin room with an extra bed with the existing chairs and table shoved against a wall. When I spoke to the reception he said that was the standard practice since all their rooms were of the same size. It was extremely cramped and uncomfortable. Thin walls so you could hear the people in the next room. |

a very convenient location to explore the city; the room was very clean; a reasonable price. the window of the room, very small: a room without natural light, and without any view. |

The location. 1. The walls are paper thin and the conversation next door was very clearly heard during sleeping hours. This was very disruptive. 2. Very early in the morning the toliet made loud gurggling sounds. This is why I rated the facilities as poor. 3. The room smelled and needed fresh air, but the windows could not be fully opened, not even a crack. 4. |

The location was excellent. The room was spacious and quiet. They don't change the towels and the bathroom looks shabby. |

The first room I had was spacious and clean. I had good service despite the waiting for my room to be cleaned. I did not like how long I had to wait for both of my rooms (I stayed there on two separate occasions). The first time I had to wait was understandable since I was there early in the morning. But the next time I came, I had to wait and it was well past the time my room should have been ready. When I was taken to my second room, it was dark and VERY small. |

Clean, comfortable and reasonable price. The hotel should have a direction how to get to the hotel by bus from the train station. |

The hotel is quite central, in a good location surrounded by shopping mall, shops, tapas bars and restaurants. The front desk staffs were friendly and helpful, despite poor english. They even recommened an excellent tapas bar nearby and a good Andalusian restaurant. Our double room was quite spacious and decor was OK. The room was quiet from outside noise due to double glazing. My hotel room didn't have hair dryer. We didn't order breakfast so we didn't know about the food there. But don't worry, becos around the corner there are 2 cafes that serve excellent and cheap breakfasts. |

basic and very well located right in the city centre and close to all sights. very noisy as I could hear everything from the other rooms. The bathroom surfaces on the sink needed attention, otherwise, fine. the noise and the bathroom washbasin needed a bit of elbow grease. |
