The proximity to the santa cruz barrio restaurants, alleyways, alcazar, casa de pilate etc. The surrounding gardens were also a delight. |

Clean, bright and modern. It faced a quiet courtyard for a peaceful sleep with open windows. Large room and very comfortable bed It is hardly a criticism, but I felt there could be more towel rails/ hooks for hanging wet towels. |

It is just located in the center of the city, close to all the tourist sights. And the view on the terrace is really good( can see most of the main sights) The description of how to get to hotel should be clear. |

The situation is perfect. In the middle of the 'best' part of the city and really close to the main sites, bars and restaurants. The hotel as distinct from the appartments seemed the better proposition. We notified the hotel within minutes of our arrival that two light bulbs in the appartment were blown and the net curtains had fallen down (we were on the ground floor with windows that opened onto a popular alleyway). We stayed 3 nights and nothing was done about it. The 'free' welcoming drink cost me three euros. |

Location: In the very heart of old Seville, about 200m from La Giralda, the apartments are located in a very tiny street with no car access. To reach the hotel you have to take a taxi to the Plaza de la Cruz (in the Murillo Gardens) and walk for about a 100m. Although very busy, there was not much noise coming from the restaurants and bars around. The spot is perfect if you plan to explore the main tourist attractions. Cleanliness: Spotless. Room: It is actually a real apartment, with a good bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen a nice bathroom and a small living room with a TV and sofa-bed. The décor was nice and everything looked in good shape. A private safety box in the room would be nice. Staff: Very nice and willing to help. Breakfast: |

Location, internet connection, apartment size. When booking, we requested a quiet room, as we were travelling with a baby. Our first night we had an apartment facing the street, which was very noisy and we didn't get any sleep, and had a terrible night. We were very disappointed. We switched to a courtyard-facing apartment for the next 2 nights, and were very happy with our stay after that. |

The staff, especially Federica, were great. Federica helped us on a number of things, particularly getting us into a room with air conditioning when ours didn't work. Air conditioning in the first room we had did not work. |

the staff was very helpful, especially Abel, the room was big enough for three persons, and it was relatively new,we enjoyed our stay there! not the hotel specifically, but the fact that the taxi cannot reach the hotel,we had to carry our luggages for some distance until we reached the apartment... |

The value of the cost of staying in great apartments in such a prime location and the friendliness of the staff at reception were both outstanding. |

Nice and friendly staff. The apartment was clean and has enough place and a fully equipped kitchen. Great place for sightseeing. Very central location, near Cathedral and Alcazar. It is reachable with the bus from the airport. Difficult to find, the building stands in a pedestrian area. The breakfast was a little bit simple, everyday the same cheese and ham. The room to the street could be very loudly, but it is possible to change, if you ask the staff. |

The staff was very friendly. We got there a little early and were assigned an apartment with a nice terrace. No kitchen, but perfect for our trip. We really enjoyed our stay there! The breakfast was a little poor. |

Initially, it is a surprise because it is located in Barrio Santa Cruz and a taxi cannot take the guest to the hotel. They drop you off and one must walk to the Apartamentos' entry. After that adjustment, it was a delight to be in midst of the barrio, the old Jewish section. We had a two room apartment with kitchen which we did not have an opportunity to use but enjoyed having the space. This was the third leg of our southern Spain/Morocco trip. A/C worked great which is wonderful in July in Sevilla! The reception people are younger but helpful and their English was most helpful. They assisted us with ticket purchases and directed us to a nearby flamenco which was energetic and entertaining (Los Gallos on Santa Cruz Plaza). The shower-only in our two room apartment was on the narrow side. It worked and it was enough for us but for some people, it may pose a problem. |

The apartments are set in the heart of Santa Cruz and are beautifully presented. You only have to walk from them and you are straight into the lovely little streets with all their restaurants and bars which is just fantastic. This really has the charm factor. Staff were friendly and eager to help out whenever we needed information or assistance. Not much we didn't like really but a balcony would have been nice. We couldn't ever find anyone around to serve us on the roof terrace bar at the Murillo hotel which was a shame as it was lovely up there. All small things really. |
