The Hotel was overall nice and the rooms were spacious.

The extras were too expensive. The food wasn't that great either. 18 Euros for a Hamburger and 6 fries is outrageous, doesn't matter how many starts a Hotel has. Also my window was broken and despite informing them the night before, they didn't repair it until later the next afternoon, having had all morning to do it. Also, during my stay the changed the location of breakfeast to a smaller place, which isn't an issue. What is an issue is when they remove half of the food they were offering the day before. All hot food during breakfeast was removed.

I have never been asked to pay for the entire stay when checking IN and before even seeing the room. Luckily, it all went fine and the room was good. Lady checking us in was rather rude, but we learned later that this is how Spaniards generally do business.

Not 5* hotel, poor facilities, nothing in the hotel except big open spaces, which could be better used.

The hotel is convienent for the city. the lounge is very free and easy people from the sports facilities can come and go in a friendly atmosphere. people spoke good english and were very friendly

My room was alittle dissapointing, I wanted no smoking but the room smelt of smoke and the air conditioning did not work. There was a screw int the floor that my son cut his foot on. It was very clean though, just a bit tatty

Good size room with comfortable easy chairs and twin wash basins. Attractive design of hotel. Good for free car parking.

'Corporate' hotel. Noisy into early hours-all rooms on all floors opened on to a circular atrium. Isolated location (no shops, restaurants nearby) Taxi or bus needed to get anywhere (taxi to centre 6 to 10 euros; bus 1.10 euro. Bus OK but no info at hotel on route and stops). Shower screen over bath had no rubber seal resulting in a huge flood - reported twice but not dealt with.

Creo que para mi parecer le sobra alguna estrella,mea decepcionado el 5xxxxx viajo bastante y he estado en 4xxxx mejores que este,(no lo recomendare como 5xxxxx).

la ubicación.

las estrellas no corresponden con el hotel, en la habitación el pomo de la puerta estaba arrancado y no se molestaron el segundo día en cambiarlo, la puerta de la nevera desencajada, ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas, y la ducha el ruido parecía el apareamiento de dos ballenas del ruido extraño que hacían las tuberías y pasaba de frio a caliente cada dos o tres segundos, un desastre. y el armario eran dos cortinas desencajadas que hacian la funcion de puerta. y la moqueta muy sucia y unas manchas muy raras....

La estética del hotel, su arquitectura, el desayuno, tranquilo, con mucho confort

Excesivamente caro el desayuno y el café. Recomendaria el hotel, pero no para poder comer allí, es excesivamente caro dado que no hay sitios cerca para poder tener una alternativa a la comida, cena o desayuno.

La amabilidad del personal de recepción y cafetería, lo amplias que son las habitaciones y el silencio

La oferta por la gran categoría del hotel y el gran espacio de las zonas comunitarias.

El tamaño de las habitaciones.

Los servicios de bar, restaurante. La cola de 15 minutos para pagar antes de las 12h.

Früstückbf. war ausreichend aber zu einfach. Bei der Ankunft hat sich keiner um uns gekümmert, weder um die Koffer, um Wegweiser, oder Abstellplatz für unser Auto, Bei dem Entladen wurden wir gedrengt den Stellplatz zu verlassen aber nich auf einen Parkplatz hingewiesen.
