Check in and check out were very easy and stress free. Staff was available to answer questions. The apartments were beautiful and well equipped. I would love to return and spend more time. |

The location was excellent, being able to go for a walk in the center and be in the apartment inmediately. We had to take our luggage soon as it was Sunday, but we did not have the plane until late, so we had to carry the luggage around and therefor we went really early to the airport. It could be great to be able to take luggages later. |

The appartment was clean, excellent location and allowed us the freedom to come and go when we wanted to not to be restricted by hotel times. It was close enough to the main cathedral that you could easily hear the bells striking time throughout the night |

Wha a great place. We had a lovely 1 bed apartment with 2 terraces, all excellently appointed. The location is ideal for Seville centre and is quiet.Very helpful and efficient reception. |

The rooms clean, good use of space. There is a lovely atmosphere in the courtyard, and the location is in the heart of the old city The geyser is tiny, and we ran out of hot water after only 2 out of 8 people bathed. There was an awful stench from the bathroom drain. There is no parking, and the streets are tiny. |

excellent location, nicely decorated bed (apartment 22) is too small for my taste (approx. 160 x 190). I think 180 x 200 should be the standard. So I slept on the bed-sofa and this also was not very comfortable. |

Location of the apartments I was extremely disappointed. We stayed for four nights, during this time the towels were not changed and there was no way of the towels drying, there was no kettle, no wine glasses and no ironing board which I found unbelievable for an apartment. Not to have fresh towels as we were staying for a lengthy time shocked me, we only had two bath towels and one hand towel each. There was also no tea towels in the kitchen to dry hands or pots.The bins in the kitchen overflowed, there was no where for us to empty them and there was no information at all in the apartment which I found suprising.. no information about the apartments and no information about local places to go etc. Very Very Very disappointing apartments. |

The apartment is in a great location close to the cathedral, resturants, shops, city centre and everything else you could possibly need. It was nicely furnished, very clean, had good security and was very quiet and peaceful given that it is in the middle of the city. The beds in the apartment are all very uncomfortable, which was quite disappointing as we were generally very happy with the apartment. Also, despite the fact that we stayed in a room that could accomodate 6 people, the hot water went cold after 2 or 3 people showered. |

The location is perfect. The apartments are well designed and very comfortable. Even though you are in the middle of the city it is extremely quiet from the city noise and very safe thanks to a double keyed entrance. Due to tiled floors it was extremely noisy from the 8 persons in the apartment next door. The moving of chairs created constant annoying noise till 1 AM. A simple carpet under the seating area would make a huge difference. Since there is not someone at the lobby 24 hours and the front door is locked we encountered some difficulties getting our luggage delivered which was delayed a day in Madrid. |

Comfortable and well furnished apartments, Superb position - a very short walk to lots of main attractions. Very comfortable bed (uncommon in Spain) Kitchen a little under equipted, but who wants to cook when there is such great tapas around. |

The hotel is not enough equipped compared to other hotels with the similar or lower rate. There was no hair drier, no face towels (only two bath towels). Hot water run out very soon only after one person taking a shower. (We were three people and had to wait for 30 min after one finished..) Staffs are not helpful and irresponsible at all for some problems we encountered in the hotel. The atmosphere the hotel provide is great. Rooms are very new, clean and comfortable. Make sure arrive at the hotel before 8 o'clock otherwise they will charge you extra 30 euros even though you reported your delay beforehand. |

This is a wonderful place in an excellent location. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the kitchen which was nicely equipped to make a simple meal. I highly recommend these apartments. |
